- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in processing payments, receipts, and payroll.
- Maintain petty cash and support cash flow tracking.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Help in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
- File and organize financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and government regulations.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Finance Head.
