We’ve received several questions regarding our recent maintenance periods, so we’d like to clarify a few things.

As you can imagine, bet365 frequently makes changes to its platform and infrastructure. These updates require us to continuously adapt our software and, in some cases, also make changes to the resources available in our datacenter to ensure that you can continue using our services reliably. Some changes need to be implemented immediately, while others can be scheduled during quieter periods, usually overnight or on slower days such as Mondays, to minimize disruption.

With the latest update, and in preparation for the new season getting fully underway, we also took the opportunity to double our infrastructure capacity. This gives us significantly more headroom as all major leagues return and activity increases over the coming weeks.

With that clarified, the weekend is almost here, and both our API and Desk365 are fully operational and ready for you to use your bet365 accounts. Please keep in mind that the first few days of September are expected to be particularly busy, so we strongly recommend arranging any activations, renewals, or service changes in advance whenever possible.
