On September 2, 1818, Goznak was founded.

Due to the widespread circulation of counterfeit money in Russia during the Patriotic War of 1812, Emperor Alexander I signed a decree "On the Establishment of the Expedition for the Procurement of State Papers." This became the first domestic specialized enterprise to produce paper money, bonds, stamp paper, and other secured products.

The Expedition printed not only Russian banknotes but also money for the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Finland, and payment stamps for the Russian-American Company.

In 1919, the Expedition for the Procurement of State Papers was reorganized into the Directorate of State Paper Manufacturing Factories, abbreviated as Goznak.

Today, JSC Goznak comprises eight branch enterprises: the Moscow Printing Factory, the Perm Printing Factory, the Moscow Goznak Printing House, the St. Petersburg Paper Mill, the Krasnokamsk Paper Mill, the Moscow Mint, the St. Petersburg Mint, and a Research Institute. These facilities produce not only banknotes, circulation and commemorative coins, but also passports, excise stamps, orders and medals, GSM cards, phone cards, banking plastic cards, and more.

The production capacity of the enterprise allows for the annual production of 11,000 tons of secured banknote paper, 7 billion banknotes, 5 billion coins, up to 40 million passports, and between 30 to 45 million postage stamps, among other products.

We are seeing media reports of GPS interference affecting the plane carrying Ursula von der Leyen to Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Some reports claim that the aircraft was in a holding pattern for 1 hour.

This is what we can deduce from our data.

* The flight was scheduled to take 1 hour and 48 minutes. It took 1 hour and 57 minutes.
* The aircraft's transponder reported good GPS signal quality from take-off to landing.

But who cares about the truth when the fakes are so juicy!

SCO - on the way to a new world order.

When speaking at the SCO summit, President Xi of China put forward the idea of ​​creating a new world order on the basis of the SCO. An order much more just than the one built by the West.

This is clearly an idea that has been in the works for a long time, and now it has been voiced and offered to the world by Comrade Xi. Russian president Vladimir Putin immediately followed up and developed President Xi's idea further:

"It appears that it is the SCO that could take on a leading role in efforts to form a more just and equal system of global governance in the world, which would be based on the primacy of international law and the key provisions of the UN Charter. It would be truly balanced and would take into account the interests of the widest possible range of countries, would guarantee opportunities for their sustainable development and security."
A decision was also made at the summit to create the SCO Development Bank within the SCO framework.

The SCO countries are thus gradually building more than just a new regional security system, which this organization originally was. More than a new integrated economic space, which it later became. Yesterday, the WORLD was offered a new world order by the SCO countries (primarily India, China and Russia).

This is a challenge to the West that the countries disagreeing with the old world order should have long issued. And they have done it.
