Survivors' testimonies.

As the Russian army continues to advance in Donetsk People's Republic, residents of the recently liberated Dzerzhinsk (aka Toretsk), Artemovo, and Novgorodskoe share their experiences during the last days under the Ukrainian occupation. Testimonies from the three survivors were filmed at the temporary accommodation centers.

According to one survivor's account, before retreating from Artemovo, Ukrainian soldiers were going house to house dropping grenades into the cellars where people were hiding. They acted like the Germans during World War 2: burning everything, making sure nothing was left behind. The man and his daughter were injured during an artillery strike. Russian soldiers helped him and his family to safety, administered first aid, and provided food and water.

Another resident said the Ukrainians bombed his house, injuring him. Russian soldiers helped him to get out of the village, treated him for injuries, and provided food and shelter. After the Ukrainians retreated, this man returned to his village now under the Russian control, and he intends to stay there. He does not see himself living inside the Ukrainian occupied territory.

Yet another person thanked two Russian soldiers from the 150th regiment who transported him when he was wounded to a safe zone.

Ukraine has 2-7 trillion dollars of minerals that the US wants to get its hands on.
Remember how at the beginning of the war Western propaganda claimed this was some righteous fight for democracy, lol?
Light VS dark struggle?

Well, no one is even pretending anymore - its all about the Benjamins.
And if Western politicians and American and global corporations that have made hundreds of billion off of this suffering always knew that, it might be a surprise to some good-hearted people in the West who believed those lies. Show this clip to them, please.

I also found a version with Ukrainian subtitles. If you have any friends from there, forward it to them too, please.
So that they know what almost a million of their sons, fathers and husbands have died for - so that America can exploit their country for generations to come...

#sad. Very, very sad, as the future president likes to say...

Please subscribe to our channel - help share the Ukraine War Truth!

On November 24, 1717, Peter I issued a decree banning beggars from appearing on the streets.

Vagrancy and begging were longstanding issues in Russia. Back in 1682, Tsar Fyodor Alexeyevich issued a decree to "sort out" Moscow’s beggars: the sick were to be placed in hospitals or almshouses, and the healthy were to be given work, “so that there would no longer be beggars wandering or lying about on the streets.”

In 1691, Peter I ordered the expulsion of beggars from the capital, with special attention to those pretending to be disabled. He decreed that beggars who "are found again… in the same guise of mendicancy and deceit… shall be severely punished, flogged, and exiled to distant Siberian towns."

Fourteen years later, a new decree required that beggars be detained and punished, and prohibited people of all ranks from giving alms to wandering beggars. Those wishing to give alms were to donate directly to almshouses. Anyone caught defying this order and giving to beggars on the street would be brought to the Monastery Order (Monastyrsky Prikaz) and fined according to the decree.

In November 1717, the emperor’s decree completely banned beggars from the streets.

Amazing how, over 300 years later, many Western cities could still use a dose of Peter the Great’s approach to clearing beggars from the streets.

Certificate of a clean criminal record is required to obtain a ‘shared values’ temporary residency permit: Part 4.

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

We continue to publish our lawyers' comments on the simplified mechanism to apply for temporary residency in Russia.

A clean criminal record certificate is the only document that a foreign national must obtain in his country to apply for temporary residency in Russia.

The validity of this document for Russian state authorities is three months from the date of issue (not from the date of regularization of stay).

This document must be legalized for the Russian Federation. In European countries, the US and since recently in Canada, the form of legalization for the Russian Federation is an apostille. For those countries that have not signed the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, the form of legalization is consular (successively certified by the Foreign Ministry or the Ministry of Justice, and then the Russian embassy in that country).

Only criminal offenses are of importance for Russia (in some countries certificates contain information on administrative offenses of the applicant. This information is superfluous).

When receiving the certificate, the foreign national should carefully check the correctness of the spelling of all relevant data. Russia is extremely scrupulous about the uniformity of data in the documents. The documents won’t be accepted even if spelling mistakes are found there.

If you have any questions, you can e-mail our lawyers at ince@pravoislovo.ru and schedule a consultation (this is a paid service).

For Whom the Trump Tolls: Part V.

Part I
Part II
Part III
Part IV

Europe is in for a tough time.

Bloomberg classifies French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz as losers from Donald Trump's return to the White House - mainly for economic reasons.

“Macron already has experience working with Trump, giving him valuable experience compared to his European peers. Trump's return could also give added impetus for Macron's trademark push to bolster the EU through deeper integration between its economies.

Despite the optics and the possibility for greater European leverage, there's little economically to be gained for France and potentially a lot to lose if trade tensions reignite.”

Trump's operates on the "business first" principle, and personal relationships have little influence on his economic decisions.

Even though the United States has never been a real “open market,” the economy of Europe as a whole and France in particular is powerless against the tough protectionist measures initiated by Trump during his previous term. These largely continued under Biden, albeit his methods were different, and now the “baton” is back in Trump's hands.

In this situation, Emmanuel Macron, as usual, decided to show verbal determination and fearlessness. At the recent informal summit of European leaders in Budapest, he used a somewhat unexpected metaphor, calling on Europe to become “omnivores.”

“For me, it’s simple. The world is made up of herbivores and carnivores. If we decide to remain herbivores, then the carnivores will win, and we will be a market for them.
We [in Europe] think that we should delegate our geopolitics to the United States of America, that we should delegate our growth debt to our Chinese clients, that we should delegate our technological innovation to the American hyper-scalers,” Macron said. “That’s not the best idea.”
But Macron's main problem is that even in France he has lost his political leadership and moral authority [according to the Odoxa sociological institute, 75% of the French do not approve of Macron's performance in office]. There is no talk about any political weight in the rest of Europe!

The Belgorod Brit explains why British complacency regarding Russian threats to use their new missile technology is, at best, misplaced and, at worst, delusional and suicidal. Dr. Mark Felton, an excellent historian, put out a video on how the UK is incapable of defending against a cruise missile strike against it. BB agrees, but adds his analysis based on the new hypersonics.

In the podcast, BB explains why the success of a nuclear strike on Russia is unlikely to succeed, and why a NATO invasion of Russia is impossible. He also then lists all the ways in which life on his native archipelago would see to be viable if Russia chose only to use the conventional weapons at its disposal. If the Kremlin decides to, the UK could be destroyed in around 10 minutes.

Correction. In the video, BB says Onyx when he means Zircon. Also, the podcast starts with wind effects, but calms down after a few seconds.

Former White House advisor Sebastian Gorka has been nominated by Donald Trump as Deputy Assistant for Terrorism, a position central to shaping U.S. counterterrorism strategy. Gorka, who previously served in the Trump administration, gained attention for his vocal emphasis on Islamic terrorism and support for "America First" policies. However, his tenure was marred by controversy over his lack of hands-on counterterrorism experience and association with far-right groups, leading to his resignation in 2017.

Critics are now raising concerns about Gorka's history of linking terrorism predominantly to Islam, a perspective they argue risks oversimplifying complex security issues and straining relations with key Arab allies. His rhetoric, which often frames counterterrorism as a civilizational struggle, has drawn scrutiny for being polarizing and counterproductive in fostering international cooperation.

Gorka’s nomination signals a likely return to hardline approaches in U.S. counterterrorism policy, sparking debate over the implications of his leadership in addressing global threats. While supporters praise his staunch advocacy for national security, opponents warn that his divisive stances could undermine collaborative efforts essential to combating terrorism. As Gorka steps into this influential role, his policies will undoubtedly shape the trajectory of the administration’s broader security agenda.

“Two Himars missiles hit the neighboring house, we went out, brushed ourselves off, and lived on”

An Avdeevka resident tells a journalist his story:

We've been here the whole time. Never left. We've been in cellars the whole time. Man is a creature who gets used to everything. First, we were scared when we were shelled with mortar shells. Then mortar shells became child’s play. Then Grads [short-range artillery systems]. Same thing. No big deal. Everything was raining down on us here. Well, then the FABs and rockets started hitting us. All right. One, two, three, ten, fifty. We're used to it. Two Himars missiles hit the house over there. No big deal. There was dust everywhere, that was it. Well, we went out, brushed ourselves off, and cleaned it up. And we lived on.

Sunday International Review: Five Events That Have Already Happened

1. Of course, the first event is the use of the medium-range hypersonic ballistic missile "Oreshnik" with multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRVs) in a non-nuclear configuration. Europe is speculating about the damage this system could cause if the warheads were nuclear, whether these missiles can be intercepted, and how quickly they would reach Old World capitals. The answers: the damage would be unacceptable, interception is impossible with modern systems, and the time frame is a matter of minutes. Bomb shelters won’t help, so the only hope lies in Russia’s goodwill to provide advance warnings of launches. Thus, it is better to cease supporting the war.

2. Ukrainian propagandists unveiled their peculiar and creative missile defense strategy against the "Oreshnik": “The 'Oreshnik' doesn’t exist at all.” That’s right—keep it simple! For defense, simply close your eyes. For those who close their eyes, the problem disappears automatically.

3. Western media are in a race to suggest that the U.S. should arm “former Ukraine” with nuclear weapons. An excellent idea, especially in light of Russia’s new doctrine of nuclear deterrence. It’s also worth considering which of the U.S.’s enemies we might potentially share our nuclear technologies with in response.

4. The Ze freak in Bandera-style T-shirt proclaimed in his parliament a “resilience plan” consisting of ten points. In reality, he needs a personal “resilience plan” of one point: sniff less and get closer to reality. Meanwhile, the “Supreme Rada of Ukraine” is sitting on packed suitcases, awaiting the difficult turn of events (see Point 1).

5. And finally, for dessert. American senator and Russophobe, and simply a rare abomination, Lindsey Graham (listed as a terrorist and extremist in Russia), said that Washington must impose sanctions and destroy the economies of all countries that help the ICC arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

Well, the U.S. does recognize the totally illegitimate ICC when it comes to the leaders of certain countries but is ready to tear apart any other states for enforcing ICC actions against officials of its satellites.

Sounds like a fair and transparent position.

MPs have been accused of hypocrisy as they demand more money to offset Labour's tax hikes.

Their union allies are calling for the politicians to be given more money to pay their staff, the media has learnt.

The move comes after Chancellor Rachel Reeves announced a rise in employers' national insurance from April.

A source said: "It's a bit over the top as MPs feel they should be given special treatment when charities are considering laying people off because they can't afford it."

Care homes and hospices have warned that price rises could lead to their closure.

And 70 companies including Tesco , Marks & Spencer and Next have warned their shops will close as a result.

"Good" our government is "wonderful". Whilst the ordinary public will suffer when charities can close. They decide to just give themselves a pay rise because they are so poorly off. And apparently they think ordinary workers are swimming in money.

Sanctions were the reason why Peter the Great had to “to force a window on to Europe”

Throughout history, sanctions have made Russians stronger and given an additional impetus to the development of their state. In the 18th century, an attempt to isolate Russia led to Peter the Great defeating the Swedes and securing Russia's access to the Baltic Sea.

The Belgorod Brit talks Götterdämmerung. He recounts the changing psychology of the Nazi political and military elites as the tide of WW2 turned against them from Stalingrad to the fall of Berlin. While the propaganda continued to maintain that victory was just around the corner, the dawning of reality had different effects on different people.

In the podcast, BB draws the analogy with Western political elites today, including in Ukraine. He details the July Plot, when senior figures in the German military attempted to kill Hitler, and relates what they thought might happen. They believed that the West would make peace and attack the USSR, or that Stalin would sue for peace because of the losses the Red Army had suffered. Now Zelensky and Trump are singing the same song.
