About JoinCaptchaBot Project:

The Join Captcha Bot was developed at the end of 2018 to fight against "userbots" that constantly joins into groups to publish Spam or silently reads and export all group users messages and data for unknown uses.
The Bot have been developed and released as free software an GNU-GPLv3 license. This means that Bot code is open and can be used, modified and/or redistributed without any problem, however, note that any code derivation must keep the attribution of the original developer and contributors and any new project must obligatory be licensed as free software GPLv3 too.
The Bot developer also host an instance of the Bot and provide a public Bot, @join_captcha_bot, that can be used by anyone in any group.
Due the Bot code is open, any user with programming knowledge can deploy other instances of it, please notes the difference between @join_captcha_bot and others Bots accounts to contact the correct Bot account/instance owner.

Note that Bot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, if the Bot is not working properly at some point, don't expect that it should be fixed in short time.
The Bot is provided free of charge, so don't expect a real time support neither expect that Bot developer will implement any new request that a user want.
If you want a new functionality, please open a new issue in Github regarding the request, it doesn't implies that is going to be implemented, it just inform about that request and if any person is interested on develop it, then it can be done:

- First, make sure that it is really a bug, and not a normal functionality.
- Check what was the steps to replicate it (Bot developer can't fix a bug if it didn't know what happen and which steps let replicate the problem).
- Open an issue in Github project repository and write all the information regarding the bug and the steps to reproduce it:

- No new functionalities, but there is a lot of changes in code to try increase performance (or at least, reduce host needed resources).
- Maximum time to solve captcha configurable value limited to 20 mins (was 2 hours). All groups that has a value greater than this has been reconfigured to 20 mins.
- Dutch language support has been added, check it with /language command.

JoinCaptchaBot has an "ignore list" (whitelist) for each group, where group Admins can add any trusted user.
The users in that list won't be requested to solve the captcha, and they can freely join the group.
This is useful to allow blind people joins the group without problems.
Remember the commands for this:
