He met Bangladesh FM Khalilur Rahman and President Mirza Fakhrul Islam in a secure VIP room before departing on the same flight.
Interestingly Wangchuck had no official Singapore engagement. On Aug 25, he was at his palace.
He met a neighbouring govt representative there (Singapore) to convey a message to Bangladesh’s FM.
