🇷🇺⚡🇺🇦 Several Ukrainian UAV operators reportedly had their throats slit and were subsequently shot at close range after a Russian sabotage group (DRG) infiltrated Ukrainian rear positions in Druzhkivka, Donetsk Oblast.

At least 3–4 Ukrainian servicemen are reported to have been killed during the attack. The operators were reportedly caught at their UAV position after recently being redeployed from the Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka area.

Reports further claim the Russian DRG escaped following the attack and may remain active in the Druzhkivka area.

🇺🇦⚡🇷🇺 Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov told Reuters that Ukraine is “gradually, slowly losing” the war and may have only months to make major strategic changes.

Fedorov said Ukraine still has “every chance” to win, arguing that technologies already exist that could significantly hinder Russian forces, but Kyiv has failed to deploy them at the necessary scale.

He attributed the situation to weak governance, corruption, ineffective use of military technology, and the lack of an overall strategy for ending the war.

He described the current situation as a turning point that could determine Ukraine’s future trajectory and called for an urgent strategic plan.
