Experts at the Center for Analysis of World Arms Trade (CAWAT) say the export versions of the French Rafale fighters and SCALP‑EG missiles supplied to India may contain software and hardware vulnerabilities that could, in theory, be exploited to disable them remotely.

They stressed that this hypothesis requires a thorough Indian investigation to verify it.

🇮🇳 A private company will build a full battle tank in India for the first time ever.

Tata Advanced Systems has won the L1 bid for Project Zorawar, the Army's new light tank, worth nearly ₹20,000 crore.

Mahindra came in second and will also build a prototype, keeping the supply chain competitive.

Zorawar is built for the Himalayas. Around 25 tonnes, light enough to move fast through mountain passes where the T-72 and T-90 struggle.

It's expected to carry an indigenous turret, active protection systems, and even its own loitering munitions.

Tata now has 130 weeks to deliver two working prototypes.

If both companies pass testing, serial production could reach over 350 tanks for India's northern borders.
