🔷 В период с 23 по 24 июля 2026 года специалисты Index Consulting Company провели рабочий выезд в Наманганскую область в рамках проекта «Модернизация систем водоснабжения и водоотведения Наманганской области», финансируемого Европейским банком реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР).

Основной целью выезда стала оценка соблюдения подрядными организациями требований в области охраны труда и техники безопасности (ОТ и ТБ), экологических и социальных стандартов ЕБРР, а также требований законодательства Республики Узбекистан.

В ходе мониторингового визита эксперты обследовали строительную площадку водоочистной станции (ВОС) «Курашхона» в рамках компонента NWP-11, а также объекты, на которых выполняются работы по поставке и монтажу приборов учета воды и технологических расходомеров в рамках компонентов NWP-9.1 и NWP-9.2.

🔷 From 23 to 24 July 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a field mission to the Namangan Region as part of the Namangan Water Supply and Wastewater Modernization Project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The primary objective of the mission was to assess contractors' compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, the EBRD Environmental and Social Standards, and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the monitoring mission, the experts inspected the construction site of the Kurashkhona Water Treatment Plant (WTP) under Component NWP-11, as well as the sites where the supply and installation of water meters and process flow meters are being carried out under Components NWP-9.1 and NWP-9.2.

🔷 13–14 августа 2026 года специалисты ООО «Index Consulting Company» совершили плановый ежемесячный выезд в Наманганскую область в рамках проекта «Модернизация систем водоснабжения и водоотведения Наманганской области», финансируемого ЕБРР.

В рамках регулярного контроля за соблюдением правил строительства эксперты оценили нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности и экологических стандартов на площадке водоочистной станции ВОС «Қурашхона» и на участках, где велись строительно-монтажные работы (компоненты NWP-11, NWP-9.1 и NWP-10).

Специалисты также проверили проектную документацию и рабочие журналы подрядчиков и провели ознакомительную презентацию для новой подрядной организации.

🔷 3–14 August 2026, specialists of Index Consulting Company conducted a planned monthly field visit to the Namangan Region within the framework of the “Modernization of Water Supply and Sewerage Systems in Namangan Region” project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

As part of regular monitoring of compliance with construction requirements, the experts assessed occupational health and safety standards, as well as environmental requirements, at the Qurashkhona Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and at the sites where construction and installation works were being carried out under components NWP-11, NWP-9.1 and NWP-10.

The specialists of Index Consulting Company also reviewed the contractors’ design documentation and site work logs and conducted an introductory presentation for a new contractor.

🔹В период с 25 по 27 августа 2026 года специалисты «Index Consulting Company» провели полевой выезд в Ферганскую область в рамках разработки ТЭО модернизации районного теплоснабжения в Навоийской, Ферганской и Ташкентской областях. Проект финансируется Азиатским банком развития (АБР).
Командировка была направлена на натурное обследование трассировки тепловых сетей и сбор первичных социальных данных для подготовки Land Acquisition Framework (LAF) в соответствии с требованиями АБР.
Специалисты прошли по предполагаемым маршрутам прокладки сетей и оценили степень затрагиваемости домохозяйств и объектов вдоль трассы. Результаты выезда лягут в основу дальнейшего социального скрининга.

🔹From August 25 to 27, 2026, specialists from Index Consulting Company conducted a field visit to the Fergana Region as part of the development of a feasibility study for the modernization of district heating systems in the Navoi, Fergana, and Tashkent regions. The project is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The purpose of the field trip was to conduct an on-site survey of the proposed heating network routes and to collect primary social data for the preparation of the Land Acquisition Framework (LAF) in accordance with ADB requirements.
The specialists walked along the proposed network routes and assessed the extent to which households and facilities along the route would be affected. The results of the field visit will form the basis for further social screening.
