What Community Means in BNV
We’ve noticed that the word community is often being used in very different ways here. For some, “community” seems to mean simply being present in this Discord, collecting coupons, redeeming FASH, and then liquidating. While that activity is technically part of what has happened here, it isn’t what we mean when we talk about community.
For us, community means something deeper: people who share the vision of building an ecosystem for digital fashion, culture, and identity. Holding FA$H is not just a reward for time spent, it is a stake in this vision. The role of a stakeholder is to add value, bring new people in, expand recognition, and strengthen interactions across the ecosystem.
Yes, coupons and tokens have been part of the journey, but they were never the end goal. If the only reason to be here is extraction, then that is not community, that is opportunism. Community is built by those who want to see BNV grow, thrive, and become a movement that creates long-term value for everyone involved.
That is the difference between simply taking part in giveaways and actually being part of the community.
