Write an analytical report about one local company operating in Uzbekistan.
You must analyse how the business works internally, how it is structured, and how it gains competitive advantage.
You can choose any private or public company, but you must have enough information (website, interviews, public sources, observations, etc.).


Your analysis should demonstrate application of business concepts introduced in the module, and appropriate use of academic and credible business sources.

You must include proof of an interview with a company representative in the appendix:
photo OR official letter from the company.

You may use AI to create interview questions.
You cannot use AI to write the report or fake interview proof.

Include company name, logo, website, what the report will analyse, company ownership type (Individual entrepreneurship / Economic partnership / LLC / JSC), short background and role in Uzbekistan market.

Analyse operations, marketing, finance, HR, customer service/sales. Explain how they help the company meet its goals.

Explain the structure (functional, hierarchical, matrix, etc.), how decisions and responsibilities are distributed, and evaluate how effective the structure is.

Use class concepts (values, norms, leadership style). Explain how culture affects employee behaviour, motivation, and performance.

Explain what makes the company stronger than competitors (low cost, quality, innovation, customer relationships, location, brand reputation, etc.).

Summarise key findings, overall effectiveness of the internal environment, and future prospects of the company.

The report must be analytical, not only descriptive.
Use lecture and seminar concepts.
Use credible sources.
Reference properly using Harvard style.
Plagiarism is a serious offence.
