اليوم مشينا لدكتورة نوارة بخصوص سلايدات المعمل بعد لاحظت في نقاشات علي بعض عينات
الملخص:
اليوم تم تصوير بعض عينات الي حتجي للمعمل ( مثلا سلايدات mosquito head تم تحديد عينات الامتحان) و اضافة 3 عينات هن قاعدات في الشيت بس ما نزلنش في المعمل و الدكتورة كانت حريصة انهن ضروري يندزن للدفعة بالكامل الي هن
( Balantidium coli (cyst stage), Dipylidium caninum egg capsule, Plasmodium vivax ( Gametocyte stage)

✓✓✓في Heparin induced thrombocytopenia من نعطي؟؟؟ قالت مهمه
A/E (parenteral direct thrombin ls) : thrombocytopenia, hyperkalemia تصير لما ياخذه اكثر من 7 ايام
( rare but serious)
✓✓✓Antidoteمهم لكل drug
✓✓✓✓Fondaparinux
Uses فيهن تشابه بس ✓✓warfarin-->Atrial fibrillation وقالت مهمه
✓✓NOACs :no antidotes , with exception of Dapigatran
✓✓Apixaban less risk of bleeding
✓✓Control therapy
✓✓✓Compare warfarin with NOACs??
