*How can we be HAPPY?*

Once a group of 50 people was attending a seminar.

Suddenly the speaker stopped and decided to do a group activity. He started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.

Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.

At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.

Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the the person whose name was written on it.

Within minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The speaker began- Exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is.

Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness, you will get your own happiness.

And this is the purpose of human life.

A young businessman got off his car and rushed into the hospital. He asked the receptionist "How is my mother? When and why was she admitted?" The dit doctor who happened to be there said, "Your mother suffered a mild stroke. She was brought to the hospital in time by the elderly couple sitting there. Please see to the other formalities." The son said that his secretary was taking care of them and thanked the elderly couple profusely. "I am sorry I don't recognise you", he said. The lady replied that they didn't know him either. The son was surprised. "How do you know my mother?" he asked. The gentleman replied "she is a member of our WhatsApp group". The son looked dazed.
The gent continued "we have a group on WhatsApp - The 60 plus group. Everyone sixty and above is a member. It is the duty of the members to enroll those in their neighbourhood. Everyone has to send a "Good Morning" message everyday. Similarly, in the afternoon and night. The members can chat, exchange views etc thereafter. If we do not receive the mandatory messages everyday, the neighbouring members are alerted and they make it a point to visit the member. This morning, we didn't get the message from your mother. That's why we are here."
"It is not enough if you have provided your parents with all the facilities money can buy," he continued. "They need people to talk to. When was the last time you visited your mother?"
The son couldn't answer immediately.
"See, that's why we have this group. Otherwise, we 60+people would be talking to walls and windows" the couple said as they left.

శూరసేనుడనే మహారాజు
చాలా గొప్పవాడు.
అతడు తన రాజ్యంలోని ప్రజలందరినీ
కన్నబిడ్డలా చూసుకునేవాడు.

ఇతని పరిపాలనలో రాజ్యం
చాలా సుభిక్షంగా ఉండేది.
ప్రజలు ఎవరి వృత్తులను వారు
సక్రమంగా చేసుకునేవారు.

అలా పరిపాలిస్తున్న మహారాజుకు ఓక కోరిక కలిగింది.
గొంగళి పురుగు సీతాకోకచిలుక ఎలా అవుతుందో చూడాలి అనుకున్నాడు.
✨
తన ఉద్యానవనంలో కొన్ని చెట్లకి గొంగళి పురుగులు ఉండడం చూసి పంట పండింది అనుకోని రోజు వచ్చి చూస్తూ ఉండేవాడు. ఒకరోజు గూడు కట్టుకొని ఉండేవి. మరలా వచ్చి చూసేసరికి సీతాకోకచిలుకలై ఎగిరిపోతూ ఉండేవి.
ఇలా చాలారోజులు ప్రయత్నించాడు.
కాని ఎప్పుడు సీతాకోక చిలుక పుట్టుక మాత్రం చూడలేకపోయేవాడు.

ఒకనాడు మంత్రిగారిని పిలిచి తన
మనస్సులో కోరికను వెల్లడించాడు.
మంత్రి విని వెంటనే ఆ గొంగళి
పురుగులు ఉన్న చెట్టు దగ్గర
భటులను నియమించి
''సీతాకోకచిలుక పుట్టే సమయాన్ని
మాకు తెలియజేయండి"
అని ఆదేశించాడు.
భటులు అలాగే అని గొంగళిపురుగులు ఉన్న
చెట్టు దగ్గర కాపలా కాచి సీతాకోకచిలుక పుట్టే
సమయాన్ని మంత్రిగారికి తెలియజేయగా,
హుటాహుటిన రాజుగారిని
వెంటబెట్టుకొని ఉద్యానవనానికి వెళ్ళాడు.
సరిగ్గా అదే సమయానికి గూడులో
నుండి సీతాకోక చిలుక బయటికి
రావడం మొదలైంది.

రాజుగారు ఎంతో ఆసక్తిగా చూడడం
మొదలుపెట్టాడు.
గూడులో నుండి మెల్లమెల్లగా
బయటికి రావడం మహారాజు
చూసి,
అయ్యో! ఎంత కష్టపడుతుందో!
పాపం అనుకోని దగ్గరికి వెళ్లి
ఆ గూడుని తన దగ్గర ఉన్న చాకుతో చిన్నగా,
సీతకోకచిలుకకి ఏమి కాకుండా కోశాడు.
అది బయటికి వచ్చి క్రింద పడిపోయి గిలగిలా కొట్టుకుంటుంది.

అది చూసి అయ్యయ్యో ఇది ఎగరలేకపోతుంది
అని తన చేతుల్లోకి తీసుకొని పైకి ఎగరేశాడు.
అయినా అది ఎగరలేక క్రిందపడిపోయి ఎగరడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుంది. కాని రెక్కలు విచ్చుకోకపోవడంతో అలా తన్నుకొని తన్నుకొని చనిపోయింది. అది చూసిన మహారాజు
దుఃఖించాడు.

మంత్రివర్యా!
ఏమిటి ఇలా జరిగింది.
ఎందుకలా చనిపోయింది? అని అడిగాడు.
అప్పుడు మంత్రిగారు ఇలా అన్నారు.
✨
మహరాజా! సృష్టిలో ప్రతీదీ తనకుతానుగా
ఎదగడానికి ప్రయత్నించాలి.
అప్పుడే తన సామర్ధ్యం ఏమిటో తెలుస్తుంది.
ఒక విద్యార్థి విద్య నేర్చుకునేటప్పుడు గురువు శిక్షిస్తాడు.
అలాగని గురువుకి శిష్యుడి మీద కోపం ఉంటుంది అనుకోకూడదు.
తనను మంచి మార్గంలో పెడుతున్నాడు.
శిక్షించకపోతేనే ప్రమాదం.
విచ్చలవిడితనం పెరుగుతుంది.
సర్వనాశనం అవుతాడు.
అలాగే ప్రకృతికి లోబడి జీవులు బ్రతకాలి.
మీరు ఏదో సహాయం చేద్దాం అనుకున్నారు.
అది కష్టపడుతుంది అనుకుని మీరు సాయం చేయబోయారు. చివరికి చనిపోయింది.
ఇదిగో దీన్ని చూడండి అని మరొక సీతాకోకచిలుక బయటికి రావడం చూపించాడు.
రాజు గారు మళ్ళి దానిని బయటికి తీయడానికి వెళ్లబోతుంటే మంత్రి ఆపి,
మహారాజా!
ఎం జరుగుతుందో చూడండి అని అక్కడే నిలబెట్టేశాడు.

సీతాకోకచిలుక తన చుట్టూ ఉన్న వలయాన్ని చీల్చుకువచ్చి రివ్వున ఆకాశానికి ఎగిరింది.
అప్పుడు
మహారాజా! చూశారా!
ఇది ప్రకృతి సహజంగా తనకు తానుగా పోరాడి బయటికి రావడం వలన తన ఇంద్రియాలలో బలం పెరిగింది.
దానివలన దాని రెక్కలు పటిష్ఠమై ఎగరడానికి సహాయపడ్డాయి.
ఇందాక మీరు అది ఎక్కడ కష్టపడుతుందో అని, కష్టపడకుండా సుఖపెట్టాలని వలయాన్ని చీల్చేసారు.
దానివలన సీతకోకచిలుకకి కష్టపడాల్సిన పనిలేక బలం సరిపోక రెక్కలలో బలం చాలక ఎగరలేక చనిపోయింది.

అర్థమైందా మహారాజా! ప్రతిజీవికి పరమాత్మ
స్వయం శక్తిని ఇచ్చాడు.
దానిని ఎవరివారిని తెలుసుకోనివ్వాలి.
✨
అలాకాకుండా ఎక్కడ కష్టపడతారో అని ఆ జీవి కష్టం కూడా మనమే పడితే ఇదిగో అనవసరంగా నాశనం చేసినవారం అవుతాము. అని చెప్పగా మంత్రిగారికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేసి సన్మానించి బహుమతులు ఇచ్చాడు.
దీనిని ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకొని ఇంకొంత పరిపాలనకు వాడుకున్నాడు.

ఈ కథ ఇప్పటి తల్లిదండ్రులకు సరిగ్గా అతికినట్లు సరిపోతుంది.
ఇలా పిల్లలపై ప్రేమ పిల్లల నాశనానికే తప్ప వికాసానికి దారితీయదు.

So, make a commitment today to face your fears and go after your dreams. You can do it, not only because I BELIEVE IN YOU but because, you really deserve it!"

ఒక బామ్మ పెన్సిల్తో ఒక లెటర్ వ్రాస్తున్నది.తన దగ్గర కొచ్చిన మనవడితో"బాబూ! నీవు ఈ పెన్సిల్ లాగా ఉంటే నీ జీవితం హాయిగా,ఆనందంగా,ప్రశాంతిగా. ఉంయావు"అన్నది. ఈ పెన్సిల్ లో5 నేర్చుకో దాగిన అంశాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఒకటి. నీవు ఎంతో గొప్ప విషయాలు ప్రపంచానికి అందించవచ్చు.కానీ, నిన్ను పట్టుకొని చేయించే ఒక హస్తం( hand).ఉందని మరువకూడదు. ఆ హస్తమ భగవంతుడు.ఆ God ప్రతి అడుగు లోను , మనకు చేయూత నిస్తూ ఉంటాడు.
రెండు: పెన్సిల్ ను sharpener తో చెక్కినప్పుడు అది బాధకు గురు అవుతుంది.కానీ తర్వాత అది పదునుగా తయారవుతుంది. నీవు కూడా నీకొచ్చే కష్టాలను,బాధలను సహించాలి. అవి నిన్ను ఉన్నతమైన వ్యక్తిగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతాయి.
మూడు : పెన్సిల్తో వ్రాసిన తప్పులను రబ్బరుతో (eraser) తుడిచివేయటానికి అంగీకరిస్తుంది.
అలాగే, మన పొరపాట్లను,ఇతరుల సరిదిట్టటం మంచిదని గ్రహించాలి.అది మనలను మంచిమార్గంలోఉంచుతుంది.
నాలుగు. : పెన్సిల్ లో ముఖ్యమైన భాగం పైన ఉన్న చక్క కాదు. లోపల ఉన్న గ్రాఫిట్( granite) .
కనుక మన పైకి కనిపించే విషయంపై కాక లోపల మన మనస్సులో ఏమి జరుగుతున్నదో గ్రహించాలి.
(Inside feeling is important but now outside action.)

ఐదు : పెన్సిల్ తను వ్రాసిన print ను వదిలి వెళ్ళిపోతుంది.
అలాగే మన జీవితంలో కూడా మనం చేసిన పని, మనం మిగిల్చి వెళ్లిపోతాం. కనుక మనం ఏమి మాట్లాడుతున్నామో ,ఏమి చేస్తున్నామో గ్రహించాలి. సాయిరాం .

Your genius, everyone is born with it, cannot be captured by a number. It’s unique and different for everyone. Yes there is more to you than just waking up in the morning and reaching for the weekend. Stay sharp and ready. Everyday should be a day you get a little bit wiser, more aware of yourself, healthier and more skilled. As the poet Rumi would say, *“A Tiger is most handsome when it is hungry and searching”*. Don’t get fed up or you will fall into the trap. There is always more to do and give through your genius. Don’t ignore it! Believe the Champion in You!"

*ఎందుకు భయం*
భయం ... స్టేజి మీదకు ఎక్కి మాట్లాడాలంటే భయం. ఏదన్నా ఓక కొత్త పని చేయాలంటే భయం. పబ్లిక్ లో కొత్త వారితో మాట్లాడాలంటే భయం.
ఎందుకు భయం ?? ఒక్క విషయం గుర్తుంచుకోండి భయపడడం , భాదపడడం వీటి వాళ్ళ ఏదైనా సాధించగలరా ??
*భయపడితే నీ సమస్య దూరం అవుతుందా??భాదపడితే దానికి పరిష్కారం దొరుకుతుందా??*
ఒకసారి నీకు నువ్వు ప్రశ్నించుకో.
సైకిల్ లేదా బైక్ నేర్చుకోన్నే మొదటి రోజుని బాగా నేర్చుకున్న తర్వాత ఒక రోజుని గుర్తుతెచ్చుకోండి. ఒకటే మార్పు..మొదటి రోజు పడిపోతానేమో అని ఒక చిన్న భయం బాగా నేర్చుకున్న తర్వాత ఆ భయం ఉండదు. గమనించారా ! భయం ఉంటే ఎలా ఉంటుందో లేకపోతే ఎలా ఉంటుందో. భయం ఒక ఊర కుక్క లాంటిది .భయపడి పరుగు పెడితే వెంట పడుతుంది . దైర్యంగా నిలబడితే అదే భయపడి పారిపోతుంది.
స్టేజి మీదకు ఎక్కి మాట్లాడాలంటే భయం. ఎందుకు?? ఇతరులు ఏమనుకుంటారో ,వాళ్ళు నన్ను హేళన చేస్తారేమో, నా సిగ్గు తెసేస్తరేమో అని భయం. ఒక విషయం గుర్తుంచుకోండి. నువ్వు ఈ పని చేసిన చేయకపోయినా ఎవరో ఒకరు ఎదో ఒకటి అంటూనే ఉంటారు. ఉదాహరణకు ఎక్కువగా నవ్వితే పిచ్చివాడు అంటారు
నవ్వకపోతే ఎప్పుడు కోపంగా ఉంటాడు
ఏడిస్తే పిరికివాడు అంటారు ఏడవక పోతే వీడికి అసలు మనస్సే లేదు అంటారు మర్యాదగా ఉంటే అమాయకుడు అంటారు
జ్ఞానం ప్రదర్శిస్తే గర్విష్టి అంటారు
ఒంటరిగా ఉంటే ఏకాకి అంటారు
అందరితో తిరిగితే తిరుగుబోతూ అంటారు
ఎదేమైతే నాకేంటి అనుకుంటే స్వార్ధపరుడు అంటారు .
ఇలా ఏ పని చేసిన చేయకపోయినా ఎదో ఒకటి అంటునే ఉంటారు.మరి వాళ్ళ గురించి ఆలోచించడం అవసరమా ??
మీకు మీరు ప్రశ్నించుకోండి?? మీరు ఏదన్నా మంచి పని చేసేటప్పుడు ఎవరు ఏమన్నా పటించుకోకండి.వాళ్ళు అనేది వినండి నచ్చి , మంచి ఉంటే స్వికరించండి. లేకపోతే అసలు పటించుకోకండి.

కొత్త వారిని అడిగి ఏదన్నా తెలుసుకోవాలంటే భయం ఎందుకు ?? వాళ్ళు ఏమన్నా అనుకుంటారేమో అని భయం. అలాగే వాళ్ళు అనుకుంటారు. చివరికి ఇద్దరు భాదపడతారు. ఏదన్నా తెలియక పోతే అడిగి తెలుసుకోండి, తప్పులేదు. భాదపడుతూ ఎప్పుడు ఉండకండి. డి మోటివెటెడ్ గా,నిరాశగా ఎప్పుడు ఉండకండి. అలాంటివారిని లోకం ఎప్పుడు పటించుకోదు. అందరికి ఎప్పుడు సంతోషంగా ఉండి ,వాళ్ళను సంతోషంగా ఉంచే వారే కావాలి. ఎప్పుడు దైర్యంగా ఉండండి. మంచిగా కాన్ఫిడెంట్ గా మాట్లాడండి. సత్తువ లేని వాడిలా నీరసంగా నడవకండి. నడకలో మన కాన్ఫిడెన్స్ కనపడాలి.
దర్జాగా బతుకు, హ్యాపీగా బతుకు అప్పుడు నిన్ను పదిమంది ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకుంటారు. ఎప్పుడు చురుకుగా, కాన్ఫిడెంట్ గా ఉండండి.

అలారం🕔 5:30am కి పెట్టారు. అది మోగుతుంది. మీరు అలా దాని కట్టేసి మళ్ళి ఒక 5 లేదా 10 నిమిషాల తరువాత లేదంలే అనుకుంటారు. మళ్ళి లేచి టైం చూసేసరికి అది కాస్తా ఏ 7 ఓ లేకపోతే 8🕗 అవుంతుంది. కొన్ని సమయాల్లో ఇంకా ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది.
నిజామా !!ఇలా ఎంత మంది ఎక్స్పీరియన్స్ అయ్యారు?? నాకు తెలిసి ప్రతి ఒకరు. ఎందుకు ఇలా జరుగుతుంది. బద్ధకం😒
పొద్దునే లేయాలంటే బద్ధకం ..ఆ అప్పుడే లేచి ఎం చేస్తాం లే అనే ఒక చిన్న భావన. మీరు బద్దకాన్ని విడిచి పెట్టాలి.బద్దకాని విడిచి పెట్టి బంగారు భవిష్యతును పొందాలి. పొద్దునే లేస్తే మనకు చాలా ఉపయోగాలు ఉన్నాయి. చాలా అంటే చాలా ఉన్నాయి.పొద్దునే 4 తో 6 ని బ్రహ్మా ముహూర్తం అంటారు. ఈ సమయంలో అనేక మంది ఋషులు, యోగులు తాము చేసిన తప్పసు ఫలితంగా వచ్చే ఆ సమయంలో పర్యావరణంలో🌳 అంతటా ఆవరించి ఉంటుంది. ఈ సమయంలో మనం ఈ విషయం చదివిన👨🏻‍🏫👨🏻‍💻 అది వెంటనే మన మెదడుకి చేరుతుంది ఎందుకంటే ఈ సమయంలో మనకి ఎటువంటి అవరోధాలు లేకుండా చాలా ప్రశాంతంగా ఉంటుంది ఒక్క సారి మీరు ఆలోచించండి
రోజు పొద్దునే లేచి ఎంతమంది హడావుడిగా తాయారు అవుతారు.ఈ సమయంలో ఎన్ని వస్తువులు మరిచిపోతారు ఆఫీస్ కి తీసుకేలేవి, స్కూల్ కి తీసుకేలేవి.
ఒక సారి ఆలోచించండి అదే కొంచెం ముందు లేస్తే అంత హడావుడి లేకుండా హ్యాపీగా ఎటువంటి హడావుడి లేకుండా వెల్లోచు కదా ..
*మీరు ఒకరోజు మీ పక్క వారి కంటే ఒక 2 గంటలు ముందు లేచారంటే మీకు వాళ్ళకంటే ప్రతి 12 రోజులకు ఒక రోజు ఎక్కువ వచినట్లే (2 hours* * *12 days = 24 hours)ఒక రోజు సమయం అంటే వాళ్ళకంటే మనం చాలా పనులు ఎక్కువ చేయోచు*.
సమయం చాలా విలువైనది అందరికి తెలుసు. మరిఎంత మంది కరెక్ట్ గా వాడుతున్నారు. ప్రశించుకోండి??మన కాల చక్రం ప్రతి క్షణం విలువైనదే.
ఒక సెకండ్ విలువ తెలియాలంటే రన్నింగ్ రేస్🏃 లో ఓడిన వాడిని అడగండి.
ఒక నిమిషం విలువ తెలియాలంటే ఆ ఒక నిమిషం లేట్ గా వెళ్ళడం వలన ఎక్షమ్✍🏽 రాయకుండా వెనకి వచ్చిన వారిని అడగండి.వారు కొన్ని సంవత్సరాల నుంచి పడ్డ కష్టం అంతా ఒక నిమిషంలో వృధా అయింది. వాళ్ళు మళ్ళి ఆ ఎక్షమ్ కోసం ఇంకో సంవత్సరం ఎదురుచూడాలి.
ఇలా ఒక గంట లేట్ గా వెళ్లి ఇంటర్వ్యూ లో ఉద్యోగంలో కోల్పోయిన వారిని అడగండి.
