నువ్వు ఆలోచిస్తూ కూర్చుంటే అందరూ భయపెట్టేస్తారు... చివరకు బయటకు వెళ్తుంటే సడన్‌గా పడే ఓ చిన్న వర్షం కూడా నిన్ను ఇన్‌ఫ్లుయెన్స్ చేస్తుంది. ఏదీ ఆలోచించకు, ఏదైనా చెయ్యాలంటే చేసేయ్. ఫలానా పని చేస్తే ఎవరేమనుకుంటారో అని ఎవరి వైపు దిక్కులు చూడకు.. నీ లైఫ్ నీది, నీ గమ్యం నీది, నీ నిర్ణయం నీది. నీ లైఫ్‌లో నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకునే అధికారాన్ని ఇతరులకు ఇవ్వకు. ఫుట్‌బాల్ ఆడుకుని నిన్ను అటూ ఇటూ కాకుండా తయారు చేస్తారు.

నువ్వు చేసేది తప్పైనా, ఒప్పైనా చేసేయి.. తప్పు చేస్తే అనుభవం వస్తుంది, ఒప్పు చేస్తే కాన్ఫిడెన్స్ వస్తుంది. నష్టమేం లేదు. అంతే గానీ భయపడుతూ, బిక్కుబిక్కుమంటూ ఏ పనీ చెయ్యకుండా బద్ధకంగా బెడ్ మీద దొర్లాడకు.

ఒక్కటి గుర్తు పెట్టుకో... అప్పుడెప్పుడో రాశాను.. ప్రతీ మనిషి లైఫ్‌లో ఓ ఐదేళ్లు కీలకమని! నిన్న తేజ "నువ్వే రాజు నువ్వే మంత్రి" సినిమా చూస్తుంటే అలాంటిదే ఓ డైలాగ్ ఉంది... ఐదేళ్లలో CM కుర్చీ నా సీట్ కింద ఉండాలని"! యెస్... ఏ జీవితానికైనా ఐదేళ్లు చాలు 0 నుండి హీరో కావడానికి.. ఒక్క ఐదేళ్లు కళ్లు మూసుకుని కష్టపడు, ఆ తర్వాత నువ్వే స్థాయికి ఎదుగుతావో నువ్వు కూడా ఊహించలేవు. ఇది పక్కా రాసి పెట్టుకో. కావాలంటే ప్రింట్ తీసి పెట్టు

*మంచికథ......*

ఒక సారి *ఉత్తమ బ్రాహ్మణుడైన చాణిక్యుని*దగ్గరకు అతని మిత్రుడు ఒకడు వచ్చి నీకు తెలుసా నీ మిత్రుడు గురించి నేను ఒక విషయం విన్నాను" అని ఎంతో ఉత్సాహంగా ఇంకేదో చెప్పబోతున్న అతన్ని చాణిక్యుడు ఆపి "నీవు నా మిత్రుడు గురించి చెప్పబోయే ముందు ఒక్క నిముషం సావధానంగా నీవు చెప్పబోయే విషయాన్ని కొద్దిగా జల్లెడ పడదాం దీన్ని నేను "మూడు జల్లెడ్ల పరీక్ష *(Triple Filter Test)"* అంటాను అని అడగటం మొదలు పెట్టాడు.

మొదటి జల్లెడ *"నిజం"* - "నీవు నా స్నేహితుడి గురించి చెప్పబోయే విషయం ఖచ్చితంగా నిజమైనదని నీకు తెలుసా ?" అని అడిగాడు.

అందుకు ఆ స్నేహితుడు "లేదు, ఎవరో అంటుండగా విన్నాను" అని అన్నాడు.
"అంటే నీవు చెప్పబోయే విషయం నిజమైనదే అని నీకు తెలీదన్న మాట" అని చాణిక్యుడు అన్నాడు.

సరే రెండో జల్లెడ *"మంచి "* - " నీవు నాకు చెప్పబోయే విషయం నా మిత్రుని గురించిన మంచి విషయమా ?" అని అడిగాడు చాణిక్యుడు,

"కాదు" అన్నాడు చాణిక్యుని స్నేహితుడు .

"అంటే నీవు నా మిత్రుని గురించి చెడు చెప్పాలను కున్నావు, అది కుడా నీకు ఖచ్చితంగా నిజమని తెలీని విషయం- సరే ఇంక మూడో జల్లెడకు వెళదాం"అన్నాడు చాణిక్యుడు.

మూడో జల్లెడ *"ఉపయోగం"* - "నీవు నా మిత్రుని గురించి చెప్పబోయే విషయం నాకు ఉపయోగమైనదా ? " అని చాణిక్యుడు అడిగాడు.

"లేదు" అన్నాడు ఆ మిత్రుడు.

"అయితే నీవు చెప్పబోయే విషయం *నిజమైనది, మంచిది, ఉపయోగకరమైనది* కానపుడు నాకు చెప్పటం ఎందుకు ?" అని అన్నాడు చాణిక్యుడు

నీతి : మన గురించి, మన వాళ్ళ గురించి చెడు వార్తలను, విషయాలను మోసే వాళ్ళు చాలా మంది వుంటారు. ఒక విషయం (చాడి) వినేముందు ఈ మూడు జల్లెడల పద్ధతి అనుసరిస్తే, మన బంధాలు నిలబడతాయి, *మంచి పెంపొందుతుంది. చాడీలు నివారించబడతాయి.*

A small motivating story

A 6 yr old boy was in the market with his 4 yr old sister.
Suddenly the boy found that his sister was lagging behind.
He stopped and looked back.
His sister was standing in front of a toy shop and was watching something with great interest.

The boy went back to her and asked,
'Do you want something?'

The sister pointed at a doll.
The boy held her hand and 
like a responsible elder brother,
gave that doll to her.

The sister was very very happy.

The shopkeeper watched this and was amused to see the mature behaviour of the boy.
Then the boy came to the counter and asked the shopkeeper,

'What is the cost of this doll, Sir!'

The shopkeeper was a cool man
and had experienced the odds of life.

So he asked the boy with a lot of love and affection,
' Well, What can you pay?'

The boy took out all the shells
that he had collected from the sea shore,
from his pocket and gave them to the shopkeeper.
The shopkeeper took the shells
and started counting as if he were counting currency.

Then he looked at the boy.
The boy asked him worriedly,
'Is it less?'
The shopkeeper said, 
'No,No..
These are more than the cost.
So I will return the remaining.'

Saying so,
he kept only 4 shells with him and returned the remaining.

The boy,
very happily kept those shells back in his pocket and left with his sister.

A servant in that shop was very surprised watching all these.

He asked his master,
'Sir..! You gave away such a costly doll just for 4 shells..???'
The shopkeeper said with a smile,
'Well, For us these are mere shells.
But for that boy,
these shells are very precious.
And at this age he does not understand what money is, 
but when he will grow up,
he definitely will.

And when he would remember
that he purchased a doll with the Shells instead of Money, 
he will remember Me and think that the world is full of Good people.
He will develop positive thinking...Thats it...'

*Why We Shout In Anger*

A Hindu saint who was visiting river Ganges to take bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples smiled 'n asked. 'Why do people shout in anger shout at each other?'

Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, 'Because we lose our calm, we shout.' 'But, why should you shout when the other person is just next to you? You can as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner.' asked the saint.

Disciples gave some other answers but none satisfied the other disciples.

Finally the saint explained, . 'When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other.

The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance.



What happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly, Because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either nonexistent or very small...' The saint continued, 'When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper 'n they get even closer to each other in their love.

Finally they even need not whisper, they only look at each other 'n that's all. That is how close two people are when they love each other.'

He looked at his disciples and said. 'So when you argue do not let your hearts get distant, Do not say words that distance each other more, Or else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return.'

*How can we be HAPPY?*

Once a group of 50 people was attending a seminar.

Suddenly the speaker stopped and decided to do a group activity. He started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.

Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.

At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.

Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the the person whose name was written on it.

Within minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The speaker began- Exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is.

Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness, you will get your own happiness.

And this is the purpose of human life.

A young businessman got off his car and rushed into the hospital. He asked the receptionist "How is my mother? When and why was she admitted?" The dit doctor who happened to be there said, "Your mother suffered a mild stroke. She was brought to the hospital in time by the elderly couple sitting there. Please see to the other formalities." The son said that his secretary was taking care of them and thanked the elderly couple profusely. "I am sorry I don't recognise you", he said. The lady replied that they didn't know him either. The son was surprised. "How do you know my mother?" he asked. The gentleman replied "she is a member of our WhatsApp group". The son looked dazed.
The gent continued "we have a group on WhatsApp - The 60 plus group. Everyone sixty and above is a member. It is the duty of the members to enroll those in their neighbourhood. Everyone has to send a "Good Morning" message everyday. Similarly, in the afternoon and night. The members can chat, exchange views etc thereafter. If we do not receive the mandatory messages everyday, the neighbouring members are alerted and they make it a point to visit the member. This morning, we didn't get the message from your mother. That's why we are here."
"It is not enough if you have provided your parents with all the facilities money can buy," he continued. "They need people to talk to. When was the last time you visited your mother?"
The son couldn't answer immediately.
"See, that's why we have this group. Otherwise, we 60+people would be talking to walls and windows" the couple said as they left.

శూరసేనుడనే మహారాజు
చాలా గొప్పవాడు.
అతడు తన రాజ్యంలోని ప్రజలందరినీ
కన్నబిడ్డలా చూసుకునేవాడు.

ఇతని పరిపాలనలో రాజ్యం
చాలా సుభిక్షంగా ఉండేది.
ప్రజలు ఎవరి వృత్తులను వారు
సక్రమంగా చేసుకునేవారు.
✨
అలా పరిపాలిస్తున్న మహారాజుకు ఓక కోరిక కలిగింది.
గొంగళి పురుగు సీతాకోకచిలుక ఎలా అవుతుందో చూడాలి అనుకున్నాడు.
✨
తన ఉద్యానవనంలో కొన్ని చెట్లకి గొంగళి పురుగులు ఉండడం చూసి పంట పండింది అనుకోని రోజు వచ్చి చూస్తూ ఉండేవాడు. ఒకరోజు గూడు కట్టుకొని ఉండేవి. మరలా వచ్చి చూసేసరికి సీతాకోకచిలుకలై ఎగిరిపోతూ ఉండేవి.
ఇలా చాలారోజులు ప్రయత్నించాడు.
కాని ఎప్పుడు సీతాకోక చిలుక పుట్టుక మాత్రం చూడలేకపోయేవాడు.

ఒకనాడు మంత్రిగారిని పిలిచి తన
మనస్సులో కోరికను వెల్లడించాడు.
మంత్రి విని వెంటనే ఆ గొంగళి
పురుగులు ఉన్న చెట్టు దగ్గర
భటులను నియమించి
''సీతాకోకచిలుక పుట్టే సమయాన్ని
మాకు తెలియజేయండి"
అని ఆదేశించాడు.
భటులు అలాగే అని గొంగళిపురుగులు ఉన్న
చెట్టు దగ్గర కాపలా కాచి సీతాకోకచిలుక పుట్టే
సమయాన్ని మంత్రిగారికి తెలియజేయగా,
హుటాహుటిన రాజుగారిని
వెంటబెట్టుకొని ఉద్యానవనానికి వెళ్ళాడు.
సరిగ్గా అదే సమయానికి గూడులో
నుండి సీతాకోక చిలుక బయటికి
రావడం మొదలైంది.

రాజుగారు ఎంతో ఆసక్తిగా చూడడం
మొదలుపెట్టాడు.
గూడులో నుండి మెల్లమెల్లగా
బయటికి రావడం మహారాజు
చూసి,
అయ్యో! ఎంత కష్టపడుతుందో!
పాపం అనుకోని దగ్గరికి వెళ్లి
ఆ గూడుని తన దగ్గర ఉన్న చాకుతో చిన్నగా,
సీతకోకచిలుకకి ఏమి కాకుండా కోశాడు.
అది బయటికి వచ్చి క్రింద పడిపోయి గిలగిలా కొట్టుకుంటుంది.

అది చూసి అయ్యయ్యో ఇది ఎగరలేకపోతుంది
అని తన చేతుల్లోకి తీసుకొని పైకి ఎగరేశాడు.
అయినా అది ఎగరలేక క్రిందపడిపోయి ఎగరడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుంది. కాని రెక్కలు విచ్చుకోకపోవడంతో అలా తన్నుకొని తన్నుకొని చనిపోయింది. అది చూసిన మహారాజు
దుఃఖించాడు.

మంత్రివర్యా!
ఏమిటి ఇలా జరిగింది.
ఎందుకలా చనిపోయింది? అని అడిగాడు.
అప్పుడు మంత్రిగారు ఇలా అన్నారు.

మహరాజా! సృష్టిలో ప్రతీదీ తనకుతానుగా
ఎదగడానికి ప్రయత్నించాలి.
అప్పుడే తన సామర్ధ్యం ఏమిటో తెలుస్తుంది.
ఒక విద్యార్థి విద్య నేర్చుకునేటప్పుడు గురువు శిక్షిస్తాడు.
అలాగని గురువుకి శిష్యుడి మీద కోపం ఉంటుంది అనుకోకూడదు.
తనను మంచి మార్గంలో పెడుతున్నాడు.
శిక్షించకపోతేనే ప్రమాదం.
విచ్చలవిడితనం పెరుగుతుంది.
సర్వనాశనం అవుతాడు.
అలాగే ప్రకృతికి లోబడి జీవులు బ్రతకాలి.
మీరు ఏదో సహాయం చేద్దాం అనుకున్నారు.
అది కష్టపడుతుంది అనుకుని మీరు సాయం చేయబోయారు. చివరికి చనిపోయింది.
ఇదిగో దీన్ని చూడండి అని మరొక సీతాకోకచిలుక బయటికి రావడం చూపించాడు.
రాజు గారు మళ్ళి దానిని బయటికి తీయడానికి వెళ్లబోతుంటే మంత్రి ఆపి,
మహారాజా!
ఎం జరుగుతుందో చూడండి అని అక్కడే నిలబెట్టేశాడు.
✨
సీతాకోకచిలుక తన చుట్టూ ఉన్న వలయాన్ని చీల్చుకువచ్చి రివ్వున ఆకాశానికి ఎగిరింది.
అప్పుడు
మహారాజా! చూశారా!
ఇది ప్రకృతి సహజంగా తనకు తానుగా పోరాడి బయటికి రావడం వలన తన ఇంద్రియాలలో బలం పెరిగింది.
దానివలన దాని రెక్కలు పటిష్ఠమై ఎగరడానికి సహాయపడ్డాయి.
ఇందాక మీరు అది ఎక్కడ కష్టపడుతుందో అని, కష్టపడకుండా సుఖపెట్టాలని వలయాన్ని చీల్చేసారు.
దానివలన సీతకోకచిలుకకి కష్టపడాల్సిన పనిలేక బలం సరిపోక రెక్కలలో బలం చాలక ఎగరలేక చనిపోయింది.

అర్థమైందా మహారాజా! ప్రతిజీవికి పరమాత్మ
స్వయం శక్తిని ఇచ్చాడు.
దానిని ఎవరివారిని తెలుసుకోనివ్వాలి.
✨
అలాకాకుండా ఎక్కడ కష్టపడతారో అని ఆ జీవి కష్టం కూడా మనమే పడితే ఇదిగో అనవసరంగా నాశనం చేసినవారం అవుతాము. అని చెప్పగా మంత్రిగారికి కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేసి సన్మానించి బహుమతులు ఇచ్చాడు.
దీనిని ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకొని ఇంకొంత పరిపాలనకు వాడుకున్నాడు.

ఈ కథ ఇప్పటి తల్లిదండ్రులకు సరిగ్గా అతికినట్లు సరిపోతుంది.
ఇలా పిల్లలపై ప్రేమ పిల్లల నాశనానికే తప్ప వికాసానికి దారితీయదు.
