The AEC is proposing[1] the use of the same Dominion Voting Systems[2] machines to count votes that are being used in America. You know the voting machines where the integrity of these machines is being questioned. This is just another attack on our democracy and the democratic vote, section 41[3] of the Commonwealth Constitution, ‘Right of electors to vote’.

Reopening NSW – What you need to know from 11 October

Members would be aware that during the course of the last month the NSW Government has made a number of announcements regarding the plan to reopen NSW.
HIA can now confirm that from 11 October all of the current restrictions that apply to the residential building industry, including the vaccination requirements for authorised workers, travel restrictions and the limits on renovation work will be lifted.
HIA has been strongly advocating for the lifting of these restrictions, particularly for the renovation sector that has been heavy restricted during the last three months.
While some COVID-19 health and hygiene requirements will remain in place HIA is pleased to see that the NSW Government has acknowledged that our industry can operate in a COVID safe manner.
What are the COVID-19 rules from 11 October?
From Monday 11 October all construction sites will need to comply with the following COVID-19 rules:
•Face masks must be worn indoors at all times unless an exemption applies.
•Density limits of:
•1 person per 4 square metres applies to all indoor premises.
•1 person per 2 square metres applies to all outdoor premises.
•QR Codes continue to be required at unoccupied construction sites.
•COVIDSafe plans continue to be required on unoccupied construction sites in Greater Sydney.
•All other COVID safe measures being adopted including physical distancing and all other COVID health and hygiene requirements.
Renovation work allowed to recommence
From Monday 11 October, all renovation work at occupied homes can recommence.
This means that the current limit of two workers for indoor work will be removed.
‼️Mandatory vaccination requirements removed
From Monday 11 October, workers living in an area of concern and seeking to travel to a construction site in Greater Sydney will no longer be required to meet the vaccination requirements for authorised workers.
Similarly those attending manufacturing and material supply facilities who live in an area of concern will no longer be required to meet the vaccination requirements in order to attend work‼️...

EXCITING NEWS: Federal Court to hear medical exemption legal challenge by end of year
As you may already be aware, there is currently legal action underway to challenge the way in which the Federal Government has made it next to impossible to get a medical contraindication exemption under its No Jab, No Pay law. For all intents and purposes, the government has effectively abolished vaccine medical exemptions.
In the era of Covid-19 vaccine mandates, broad access to medical contraindication exemptions is essential, yet we are hearing regular reports of exemptions being denied by employers and health departments alike.
Work on the legal case is well under way, but for the case to continue, the plaintiff needs your help!
The costs for running the case have already exceeded $55,000, which does not include the amount of a potential adverse costs order in the event of losing. The type of costs incurred to date include solicitors’ and barristers’ fees, a medical practitioner report, transcript fees, and other disbursements such as printing thousands of pages (including the Australian Immunisation Handbook).
As can be seen from other legal challenges to date, litigation is extremely costly, so any donations will be gratefully received.
