REMOTE-CONTROL BRAIN COMMUNICATION IS PROGRESSING — HUMAN TESTING MAY BEGIN IN 2022
The program, known as Magnetic, Optical, Acoustic Neural Access (MOANA), uses magnetic nanoparticles to activate neurons (see also teslaphoresis), causing them to alter their behavior.

The MOANA study uses light to decode neural activity in one brain and then uses magnetic fields to write that activity in another brain in less than 1/20 of a second. If the next phase using rodents is successful, human tests will begin within 2 years, although they note this could begin as soon as 2022.

DARPA has ties to the WEF, which has made the case that, if somebody is going to harness this form of mind control, it might as well be WEF — “If we want to lead that dance 10 years from now, we need to start today".

Transhumanist Dr. Harari, a top WEF adviser, admits this will enable human elites to do more than “just build digital dictatorships.” “By hacking organisms, elites may gain the power to re-engineer the future of life itself.”
