To active your windows 10 and office 2010, 2013,2016and 2019 this all what you need! Make sure to turn off windows defender when you install !!

steps to install IDM
-turn off all antivirus ( including windows defender )

-extract the file with WinRAR
-run the idmsetup-installer
-After you finish the installation close the idm( also exit idm from system tray at the right_bottom corner of taskbar)
-open the patch folder and apply all the patches( if the patch tells you
the file is not found , go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager"
and select IDMan

You need to download Microsoft .NET Framework in Windows to run software based on .NET technology.
Most of the time when you install new version of windows it ask you to install netframework 3.5( including 2.0 and 3.0)
So i provided you 3 files . before downloading, first
check your windows version ( win +R -> type" winver.exe")

First file : Net.frame work 3.5 for windows 10 version 1607 or higher

Second file: .Net.frame work 3.5 for windows 10 less than version (1607)

Thrid file : Net.framework for window 8.1
