Attention - Revised Event Rules and Extended Deadline to July 22,2022
Do you want to organise events for Paradox’23?
You heard it right. Grab this opportunity!
Prove your event organising capability both Online (August 13-15, 2022) and Offline (Dec 2022/Jan 2023) including a slot in Shaastra or Saarang.
- Multiple house members can form a team and organise events. There are no restrictions on who can form a team and organise events.
- The event head or a representative of the organising team can fill the form and upload the event proposal.
- No individual shall organise more than one event.
- The event proposal submission deadline has been extended to July 22nd.
- Event proposal sample template.
- Any student of IITM BS degree can register and participate in the events.
- Points shall be allotted for the winners and organisers. At the end of the event the points accumulated against each house is calculated and the house with highest points would be declared the winner.
Date & Time: Aug 13 & 14 evening 4 hrs each day and Aug 15 whole day of events (Tentative)

POV: Point of View is a film-making and film-editing challenge organised as a part of the online fest (13th-15th August , 2022), open to all the BS Students.
Participants will be given a library of high quality royalty free and copyright free stock footages. The participants need to make a 2-minute film out of the existing footages based on any themes/ topics of their choices . The participants are allowed to showcase the innovative use of those stock footages to make their films, use copyright free music, and even add voiceovers( if necessary , their own voices ). The time duration should be strictly maintained. Winners will be given certificates and all participants will be given participation certificates .
Below is an example of a short film made entirely out of stock footages.
