*Scroll Collection Appointment (Graduands of 13th Convocation)*

Dear Graduands,
We are pleased to inform, that you can now book an appointment to collect scroll via https://forms.gle/BNJXVAgyMNRDiAch9 .
A confirmation of your appointment would be sent to your email. Currently, the appointment date is opened until 31/12/2021, it would be updated to include 2022’s dates

_General guideline:_
1. Scroll can be collected after all outstanding due has been settled.
(finance clearance, the same as for the full transcript request)
2. Submit RELEASE OF SCROLL form ACAD 21-A to ard@iic.edu.my
(at least 3 working days prior to appointment date)
3. Bring your Identification Card.
4. If a representative would be collecting the scroll on behalf, please bring the filled ACAD21-C letter with the copy of the student’s and the representative Identification Card.
5. Submission of Tracer Study form (display or bring the copy of the Tracer Study as proof of the submission)
6. Display the email proof of the Scroll Collection Appointment

Please adhere to the national SOP whilst at the IIC premise.

Dear Graduates,

Congratulations on the success in completing your studies at International Islamic College (IIC). As such, you will be celebrated in our 13th IIC Convocation “Virtual” Ceremony. Kindly refer to the following section with respect to all of the information and processes apply in the IIC’s
Virtual Convocation Ceremony 2021.

Graduates who join 13th IIC Convocation “Virtual” Ceremony shall benefit from the following:
a) Exclusive display of graduation photos during virtual events,
b) Downloadable convocation video link,
c) Exclusive slot for photography with convocation robe at IIC (with appointment only and valid until 30 June 2022), and
d) Exclusive E-CERTIFICATE for attending first virtual convocation 2021.

NOTES:
A. Graduand’s Photo
For all graduands who had CONFIRMED their attendance, your photo will be displayed during virtual events. The convocation team is using the photo that graduands submitted during the completion of Graduates Confirmation Form.

B. Downloadable Convocation’s Link
Downloadable link will be given after convocation’s day.

C. Mini Studio (Exclusive Slot For Photography)
Graduands are require to fill in the Mini Studio Booking Form to reserve their slot for photography session. Graduands may select the photography’s date base on “First Booked, First Served” basis. Every scheduled date limited to the maximum of 20 slots per day ONLY. The booking date will be opened starting from 11th November 2021. You may book your slot using the following link: https://ministudioiic.setmore.com/bookappointment

Once the date has been booked by graduands, you are NOT ALLOWED to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

In adherence to the National SOP by KKM, you must be FULLY VACCINATED before your photography session.

D. E-Certificate
After the convocation ceremony ends, graduands will receive their E-Certificate for attending the first virtual IIC Convocation Ceremony. The certificate will be emailed to your email address that you fill in the Graduate Confirmation Form.

Salam and good day all. I want to update regarding your session for convocation. The original itinerary was:
Session 1 - SBLS (9am - 10.30am)
Session 2 - SOSS (11.30am - 1.00pm)
Session 3 - SFU, SICT, CEL (3.00pm - 4.30pm)

However, there will be slightly changes in the itinerary. The update is as follows:
Session 1 - SOSS (9am - 10.30am)
Session 2 - SBLS (11.30am - 1.00pm)
Session 3 - SFU, SICT, CEL (3.00pm - 4.30pm)

So, the 1st session will start with graduates from SOSS, followed with SBLS and others. Don't miss your session.....
