      In many countries, people are now living longer than ever before, some people say an ageing population creates problems for governments.other people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people.
To what extend do the advantages of having ageing population outweigh the disadvantages?

       In today's world, death rate in elderly people decreases, it has both advantages and disadantages, I explain how benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

      Ageing population creates some problems in every society. Firstly, disabled people that they are dependent to others will increases, so they could not afford doing their daily activities independently. Additionally, governement shold prepare more accommodations for maintaining aged people, so it requires extera costs from buildings' materials  to food sources.

      Despite these drawbacks, there are some benefits countributing this issue. Initially, living grand parents with families make them more happy and it creates a strong relationship between members of a family. More over, youth can utilize from aged people's experiences and advices. It is a valuable data that we can learn with out wasting money and time. Thirdly, elders are  the best source of memorizong culture, knowing important events that are useful for a society not only for young generation in their country but also in other cultures. Finally, some elderly people are specialised in their professions that after their retirement they could countinue bringing up young work force for serving society.


    In conclusion, it is true that increasing elderly people have both negative and positive results for government, but by understanding the effects of advantages and disadvantages, we can comprehend the profits such as using their experience, having a enjoyable life, and preservation culture outweigh the drawbacks.

While both the teenage years and adulthood offer unique sources of happiness, there are conflicting views about which period of life is the happiest one. Although some believe that teenagers enjoy the happiest time of their lives, others, myself included, are of the opinion that adulthood is accompanied by more happiness, despite the fact that there are also more responsibilities for adults to take.

On the one hand, adolescents have the golden opportunity to be happy because all they should be worry about is their school work. As a result, they have less responsibilities to shoulder, which allow them to enjoy more freedom to take advantage of every moments of their lives. For example, they have lots of friends to hang out with, contributing to their happiness. However, this kind of happiness is not deep and permanent, and as long as there are any problems, the joy and happiness will wipe out. Moreover, juniors usually rely on their parents for their expenses, which sometimes may have a negative impact on their mood because they may feel they do not have enough independency to make their own decisions.

On the other hand, adults enjoy more stability and fulfillment in their lives, which is a great source of happiness for them. That is to say, they stand on their own feet and they can make decisions autonomously. Moreover, people in their adulthood have usually started their own family. Developing strong relationship with their loved ones brings joy and love, adding to their overall happiness. Some may argue that adulthood is a period of countless responsibilities, which robes people of their loves. However, I think this responsibilities are lined with their choices, which not only is not a burden for them, but can foster joy in their lives.

In conclusion, it is my firm conviction that seniors enjoy deep happiness, compared to juniors, because of the stability and strong relationships they have formed in their lives.

In some societies, a vast majority of people are willing to know about the history of their houses.

In some cultures, there is a superstition which if people die in a house, the ghosts of them remain in the house forever. People who are superstitious believe this notion, so if they want to relocate their house, they will investigate the history of the new house. In addition, some intelligent persons inquireabout the sakes of the previous owner leaving a house. To exemplify, in numerous cases, people tend to change their house when there is a problem including lack of some amenities or adequate space. If new settlers are aware of the pros and cons of their selections, designating a favourable house for dwelling.

In order to acquire some information, people could ask some people living there before, or they can speak with neighbours living nearby their houses. In addition, wanting to achieve some accurate information, people could refer to civil registry office where are collected people's properties. The data of this organisation is more reliable than individual data due to the fact that residents’ information has been registered since along time ago. However, for more details, specific licenses should be given and presented to this organisation.

To sum up, some people have faith in ghosts or other supernatural creatures, so they research previous stories of their houses. In contrast, there are some individuals tending to perform wisely. In order to opt for the best house, these people ask landlords about the merits and demerits of the house or refer to civil registry offices.

Some people think that all university students should study whatever they like. Others think they should only be allowed subjects that will be useful in the future, such as those related to science and technology.


Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.


People have different views about students studying at university whether it should be optional and based on favorites or in some limited outlines. While determined topics like science and technology are substantially efficient, if the youth are permitted to choose what they study, it will have better consequences in the future.

In my view, involving in subjects that we like is more enjoyable for each person and university students are not an expect from this idea. Moreover, when students read books and essays are related to their interests they are more eager to increase their knowledge about that subject. For instance, nursing students who are satisfied with their major can perform better in healthcare. As a result, being willing in the subject that is present in university and interested in them is more important than it will be useful.

Some subjects like science and technology are essential also, they play a crucial role in the development of society and if young people study these subjects and select their major in these areas like engineering or chemistry, their future prospect for working is guaranteed. on the one hand, we know students are significant and influential individuals on the other hand, a country needs a variety of skills and knowledge to make dramatic progress therefore if students solely are allowed to select some specified outlines, it will have negative points on society in the long term. For example, after some time we need a tailor or designer in society but all students study science and technology.

In conclusion, studying some useful subjects such as technology and science is necessary undoubtedly but students should not have any restriction to choosing the subject that they study in university.

Many countries are debating whether it's better to spend a lot of money on building new fast trains between cities or improving the public transportation that already exists. Both ideas have good points, and this essay will discuss about both viewpointbefore sharing my opinion.
 
On the one hand ,Supporters  of the investing money on high speed trains argue that it offer several benefits. This is because,it can make traveling between cities faster, help people connect better, and be better for the environment. For example, when people try to travel with fast trains ,they will have a high quality and fast travel ,which communicate with individuals there ,and also without brining their own car out they would help reduce air pollution and traffic congestion. As a result, They believe this can make people more productive,  and make life better for travelers.
 
However, others think that it's better to improve the public transportation that already exists. They believe that making buses and trains more efficient and reliable can give similar benefits as new fast trains, and also helps people who live in cities and need public transportation every day. For instance ,governments couldn’t establish new railways in some areas in cities with old structures and people should use other public transports . this could result other public transport improvement can make peoples lives as much easer as fast trains.
 
In conclusion ,I think that countries should try to do both things. It's important to invest in new, fast trains to connect cities, but it's also important to improve the public transportation that people use every day. By doing both things at the same time, governments can make sure everyone has access to good, sustainable transportation.

It is said that the most crucial purpose of the science is enhancing people’s lives. I agree with that because science has been honing people’s lives by inventing transportations and virtual world.

One of the purposes of science which causes life improvement is transportation. Transportation is always essential in everyone’s lives. In the past people were not able to transport or convey their tools easily. They had to ride horses or camels to transfer from one city to another. Sometimes, their trips were so long-term and time-consuming that many of them die in the middle of it. However, these days, as can be seen, there are different sorts of vehicles such as air plane, subway and cars. If transportation had not improved, people would have been in same trouble as past. All of these enhancements influence on the quality of life in terms of traveling and transportation. They are all account for science to people’s improvement.

The other aim which has fantastic impact on quality of people’s life is cyber space. Due to the dramatic change in terms of communication, there are myriad smartphones, computers and the centerpiece one, internet have converted people’s life so comfortable. People used to write letters and use telegraphs when there were no such changes. The period of time that had been happening for receiving massage was too long, however this time has decrease sharply. Therefore, transferring way of communication is another factor for making people more convenient.

To some up, I agree that the most critical aim of the science have to be enhance people’s lives.
