Converts RGB swatches to CMYK, renames them to 'C= M= Y= K=' format, deletes unused.

This script will allow you to apply a Table style to an InDesign table, and all the Table formatting defined in the Table style, including Cell styles and any Paragraph styles defined in those Cell styles will be accurately applied to the table, clearing out all style overrides. You can format an entire table with a single click, all the way down to formatting the text within the table’s cells with Paragraph styles.

🔸The script allows you to format several tables at once according to the specified parameters (all optional):
✅apply table style;
✅apply cell style to all cells of all selected tables;
✅apply paragraph style to paragraph, in which table is inserted;
✅convert to header the selected number of rows;
✅apply another cell style to the leftmost upper cell if it's empty (if the option is selected, but the cell is not empty, the style will not be applied);
✅fit the table width. * to text frame width (selected tables should not be in overset!);
✅clear all local formatting of tables, cells and text inside tables (clear overrides).
🔸Clicking on the "Save" button will save the current settings in the "tablesFormatting.ini" file, which will be created in the folder where the script is located.

The script (batch) processes files. It can be used to export InDesign documents to PDF and other formats, to convert QuarkExpress and PageMaker documents to InDesign, to update large numbers of InDesign documents to the latest InDesign version, to downsave documents to previous versions of InDesign (see Downsaving to earlier InDesign versions), and to place Word (and rtf) files either in a single InDesign document or in separate documents.
In addition to converting documents, the script can be used to run another script against all selected documents. Thus, if you select InDesign as the source and the target format, the documents aren't converted, you just run the specified script against all documents. (That script can be JavaScript, compiled AppleScript, or Visual Basic.)

این اسکریپت دستور «Analyze Document» را به منوی فایل اضافه می‌کند. وقتی این دستور را اجرا می‌کنید، گزارشی ایجاد می‌شود که انواع اطلاعات مفید در مورد سند موجود را به شما ارائه می‌دهد، مانند:
overset text frames,overset table cells, conditional text, tracked changes, text variables, live captions, rotated spreads, overprinting,
در مواردی که فایل ایندیزاینی به دست شما می‌رسد که فرد دیگری روی آن کار کرده است، این اسکریپت به کار می‌آید.

The script places PDF pages into an InDesign document and arranges the pages as printer spreads. After processing, the user may save the document and/or export a new PDF.

Export an InDesign document to single-page PDFs using a selected PDF Preset. Much of my workload is magazines and books, projects that demand working in single pages because of the many page corrections over the lifetime of the project. Exporting the entire document every correction is not only a waste of time, it means regenerating PDFs of approved pages—a risk of error I’d rather avoid. Existing tools to generate single pages did not meet my specific desires, so I wrote my own script, shared here to help others with similar needs.

حالا به همین بهانه شاید بد نباشد این فیلم را ببینید.
من معمولاً کارهایم موقتاً به صورت رنگی انجام می‌دهم تا قسمت‌های بولد و ایتالیک و عنوان‌ها و... مشخص‌تر باشد و سریع‌تر متوجه شوم.
ولی وقتی یک خروجی کار را به سفارش‌دهنده می‌فرستم همه را سیاه می‌سازم تا شخص گیج نشود. باز وقتی خروجی گرفتم دوباره همه را رنگی می‌سازم و کار را ادامه می‌دهم.
این رنگی ساختن و سیاه ساختن متوالی برای من معضلی بود و وقت‌گیر بود. بالاخره با کمک @sayedalimousawi سید علی موسوی این روش اجرا شد. می‌بینید در این چند ثانیه من چند بار کل کتاب را رنگی و سیاه و سفید می‌سازم. کاری که با این سرعت غیرممکن به نظر می‌آمد.

دوستان این فیلم را ببینید. یک اسکریپت دارم که کلمات تک‌افتاده آخر پاراگراف‌ها را در آن‌ها جای می‌دهد.

این هر صفحه‌آرایی را دچار حیرت و شگفتی خواهد کرد. چون می‌تواند بهره‌وری زمانی او را کلی افزایش بدهد.

کافی است نشانگر روی پارگرافی که در انتهایش تک کلمه دارد بگذاریم و یک کلید فوری بزنیم و آن پاراگراف جمع شود. یعنی یک یا دو کلمه‌ای که در سطر آخر دارد، برود به سطر قبل. با کمک فشرده‌سازی متن البته.
این اسکریپت را سید علی موسوی ساخته است. من با آن کار کردم و فوق‌العاده است.
