For those who haven’t posted their bonds, now is the time you should do so because the network proposal for IISS 3.1 (including the new bonded delegation ranking) will be proposed in about 24 hours.

Hello everyone,

Revision 16 proposal has been submitted: This revision is related to yesterday's abnormal issuance rate of ICX due to a bug on the ICX issuance module.

We noticed this problem soon after IISS 3.1 activation (Rev14), but fixed package v1.1.3 was released in a timely manner — thank you for your quick cooperation, P-Reps.

As the last step to fix this problem, we need to activate the code that corrects the overissued ICX, which is what this revision is about.

The ICON Foundation has submitted CPS Network SCORE Designation Proposal to activate a new method for funding CPS.

This proposal is intended to designate a network SCORE to receive CPS funds from ICON network.

Up until now, we have been manually distributing rewards to CPS by using a specific address, but this update will automate that process by directly funding CPS through ICX issuance.
