To all main and sub P-Reps, don't forget to get started already with Stage2! Main P-Reps must participate in this or they will get penalized by the consensus.

The top sub P-Reps are highly recommended to participate as well. We're aiming for around 30 synced nodes before moving on with Stage3. It's a good opportunity for you to show your involvement in the network and grab some community votes on the way! (we will mention all P-Reps who completed Stage2 on time).

Please share your ICON2 node public IP address using the form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf81MGiBRBQ96HMwJZfZEpRTGWx5bqkFYqZn6fpUg2XjG4mZA/viewform

Those two documents will receive some updates and I will share them here

P-Reps,

A network proposal has been submitted by the Foundation to setup initial values for the new fee design. This is a purely technical proposal and is mostly related to Java SCORE activation.

This proposal is related to the new step costing which was discussed here https://forum.icon.community/t/icon-2-0-score-fee-policy-update-draft-proposal/2194.

You can find the proposal here https://tracker.icon.foundation/proposal/0x57553a2b1e6913ff5e8b929689f2d24fd4e30d20ef486ae81a09db7436070585

Please cast your vote as soon as possible. Thank you.

PS: A detailed schedule for IISS 3.1 and Java SCORE activation (network revision 14 and 15) will be shared in a few hours here. Please pay attention since the timelines are quite tight. Thank you.
Hi everyone,

For those who haven’t posted their bonds, now is the time you should do so because the network proposal for IISS 3.1 (including the new bonded delegation ranking) will be proposed in about 24 hours.

As we mentioned before, we’re submitting three proposals this week:

1) Step cost change (Revision 14: In progress)
https://tracker.icon.foundation/proposal/0x57553a2b1e6913ff5e8b929689f2d24fd4e30d20ef486ae81a09db7436070585

2) IISS 3.1 (Revision 14: Dec 22nd, 2-3pm KST)

3) Java SCORE (Revision 15: Dec 23rd, 2-3pm KST)

We already shared how you can post a bond by sharing the following link – but please let us know if you are still unsure of anything and we’d be happy to answer any questions. We have about 24 hours for additional Q&A regarding bonds but after that the proposal will go live, and those who didn’t post their bonds won’t be able to receive rewards.
https://icondev.io/icon-node/bond-management#using-ledger

As of now, the following Main P-reps have not received any bond:
@Carpenterp
@parrotnine
@vaddec_everstake
@ccclub_17
@metanyx
@LucasStaky
@robcxyz
@gedanziger
@VELICfin

Thank you!!
This is the list of sub P-Reps who would become Main P-Rep, or be in the top 30 if IISS 3.1 was activated right now

(would become main prep)
@Jenny_ICONPinas @Jay_ICONPinas
@andreinelu
@SiliconValleyIcon
@EOSSweden1
@AviKaka
@dimch0
@Ved_StakedTech
@tonoplast @skyvell

(would be in the top 30)
@Espanicon_Prep
@E1piconbello
@hypnojerk
@GangstaApe
@UNBLOCK_PREP
@seftom
@heyitsmaximilian
@DavidSail

I wanna make sure you're aware that there is a high chance that you will have to produce blocks after IISS 3.1 activation and therefore I ping you here so you can prepare for this. So please make sure your node is running with the recommended hardware specifications and your setup if ready for such situation.

Thanks!

PS: I've excluded current Main P-Reps who will stay Main from this list 👍
