Lolli has raised $10 million in a Series A financing round led by early Chime backer, Acrew Capital.

Acrew is joined by Banana Capital, Up North Management, and Animal Capital, the Gen. Z-focused venture capital fund founded by social media stars Josh Richards, Griffin Johnson, and Noah Beck.

Robinhood raised $2.1 billion via its IPO.
In total, the company has sold 55 million shares at $38 each, which is the lower end of the previously expected range between $38 and $42 per share.

During the IPO, Robinhood was valued at $31.8 billion, making it one of the most valuable American companies to go public lately.

Binance plans to wind down its futures and derivatives products offerings across the European region, commencing with Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. With immediate effect, users from these countries will not be able to open new futures or derivatives products accounts. With effect from a later date to be announced in a further notice, users from these countries will have 90 days to close their open positions.

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) today announced enforcement actions against Binance for illegally operating a Digital Asset Exchange (DAX).

The SC has issued a public reprimand against Binance for continuing to operate illegally in Malaysia despite being included in the SC’s Investor Alert List in July 2020. In this regard, the public reprimand was issued against Binance Holdings Limited (Registered in the Cayman Islands), its CEO Zhao Changpeng, as well as three other Binance entities, namely Binance Digital Limited (Registered in the UK), Binance UAB (Registered in Lithuania) and Binance Asia Services Pte Ltd (Registered in Singapore).

All four Binance entities have been ordered by the SC to:
disable the Binance website and mobile applications in Malaysia;
immediately restrict Malaysian investors from accessing Binance’s Telegram group.

Australian lending startup Loda attracted more than 15 investors who poured $15 million into the lender’s first of three completed institutional liquidity pools, according to a press release on Friday,

The two remaining pools, which are still live, will be completed once demand calls for it.

Participation in the first liquidity pool came from Framework Ventures, Spartan Capital, One Block, Mechanism Capital, Liquefy Labs, Apollo Capital, Maven 11, Ledger Prime, Cluster Capital, Signum Capital, X21 and others.
