2. No history transaction:
—-> it's mean pending, it'll be updated very soon.

3. Cheaters who put more gas than 200,000 and 60gwei/ invest more than the max cap (3eth and 7500cmt) will be rejected and get 20% penalties.

4. When refund:
—-> as soon as possible. We have no reason to keep your eth for long. You will get your eth back within 4 weeks. For cheaters it'll be longer.
