​​COTI has announced the first release of the COTI payment gateway. This initial release allows merchants to accept Bitcoin easily and directly via their websites and forms. Merchants will receive payment in the sending currency via default, however via the Merchant CRM they can choose to convert the transaction to a stable coin or directly to one of 35 fiat currencies by adding in their bank account details.

​​Credits (CS) will start token swap on December 20. This process will be carried out through the Kucoin cryptocurrency exchange. The deadline to finish the swap is 20th March 2020. After that, all non-swapped CS ERC20 tokens will be burnt.

​​All exchange hacks of 2019 and their effect on the market. A total of 9 major cryptocurrency exchange hacks has happened this year with more than $175M worth of crypto assets stolen. So far the biggest exchange hack has happened in 2018 when Coincheck has lost more than $500M USD worth of crypto assets.

​​The Afghan Ministry of Public Health has signed an agreement with Fantom to integrate blockchain technology into the country’s healthcare sector. These include detecting counterfeit drugs, along with creating blockchain-based hospital medical records and electronic patient healthcare records.
