💻 The past week's tests have gone very good so far. The backend infrastructure is stable and can handle the traffic without any issues.

📚 Next week, on Monday, we will do another balance reset which means that all balances will be reset to the default 10 one, including pre-staking, badges, and roles. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Your team will remain intact!

⏳ After this reset, we will need 2-3 days of testing and ensuring that everything works as expected, after which we will announce the official release date.

In this period, before the official release date, we will release the following updates:
1️⃣ Web version for iOS users.
2️⃣ App translated into multiple languages.
3️⃣ Chinese version which should resolve the sign-up and sign-in problem.

⏰ There will be a last reset also before the official release date, which we believe will be announced very soon.

📲 The ice network allows only one account per user. If a person has multiple devices, he can use only the same ice account on all of those devices.

‼️ If your device has been used to access more than one ice account, you will not be able to pass KYC, as our system will flag multiple accounts under the same device.

🔐 Keep your device safe and NEVER log in with another secondary account, as you cannot pass KYC.

🧑‍💻 This does not apply if you forget your credentials and accidentally create a new account. You must NEVER start a second mining session on the same device.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Our system will be removing accounts that did not start a mining session or have any members in its team within the first 24 hours, as they will be flagged as non-valid accounts.

📲 The mobile web version has been released and is accessible via app.ice.io

‼️ This is an English light version that can be used by other users that don't own an Android device. It does not contain all the Android app's features, but you can see your earnings, network stats, and team.

⏳ This is temporary until Apple approves our app and we release it on the AppStore.

📚 Early next week, we have two more important updates that will include support for China users to register and the app translated into 36 new languages.

⏰ For the next two hours, the app will not be accessible, and you will receive an "Oups" error.

🌟 Tomorrow morning, we will submit the new app version to PlayStore, which contains 12 new languages, the Chinese Register/Login with email, and some bug fixes.
📲 The APK will be available tomorrow for those that did not install the app from PlayStore.

We wish to address a recent concern regarding the presence of bots within our network. To ensure the integrity of our platform, we have temporarily halted the halving event and will be introducing KYC Step #1, which includes a face recognition module. An update will be rolled out in the forthcoming weeks.

Our commitment to transparency remains unwavering. As stipulated in our Terms and Conditions, we strictly prohibit the use of bots and the operation of multiple accounts by a single individual.

Post-update, the "Online users" and "Total users" metrics on the app's stats screen will only reflect unique accounts that have been successfully authenticated via face recognition.

We recognize that similar challenges may be faced by other Tap-to-Mine applications. However, we pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty regarding our user base.

Reiterating our previous statements, we prioritize the quality of our user base over mere numbers. We would rather have 5 million genuine and active users than 50 million inauthentic ones. This distinction becomes especially crucial as we approach Mainnet.

Once the update is in effect, only authenticated and verified users will be displayed in the app. Accounts failing the verification will not be counted. Additionally, any coins mined during this interim period will be slashed if the respective accounts cannot continue their mining sessions.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards a more secure and transparent platform.
