🐞 Over the past few days, we have struggled to resolve the issues with the Tarantool database but without any luck. We ended up with the database eating an enormous amount of RAM and eventually going to 100% usage.
‼️ We tried to get paid support from Tarantool, but because of the current war situation, it’s impossible for us to pay them via wire as they are located in Russia, and banks are not allowing any transfers anymore.
When we started working on the project one year ago, there was no war situation, and we could not predict this.
🙌 We took the decision today to switch to Postgres + Redis based on our team’s experience in building large scalable applications with this stack.
👉 From our point of view, the app would be stable after these changes, and we are doing our best to try and have it ready before April 4th.
We will keep you updated in case something changes and the app will not be ready.

📲 The ice network allows only one account per user. If a person has multiple devices, he can use only the same ice account on all of those devices.
‼️ If your device has been used to access more than one ice account, you will not be able to pass KYC, as our system will flag multiple accounts under the same device.
🔐 Keep your device safe and NEVER log in with another secondary account, as you cannot pass KYC.
🧑💻 This does not apply if you forget your credentials and accidentally create a new account. You must NEVER start a second mining session on the same device.
