Jamaat-e-Islami’s deputy leader Sheikh Abdul Ghaffar Aziz passed away today in #Lahore. He had been battling cancer for the past year. #Pakistan

Today we lost a giant.
He was the Muhadith of Mecca, Muhammad Ali Adam al-Ithiopi.
He authored many books in the field of Hadith. Such as poems and many commentaries of ahadith.
His commentary of Sunnan an-Nisai is 40 volumes long. His commentary of Tirmidhi is still continued to be published untill this day.
May Allah have mercy on him. Amīn.

We are pleased to re-open our online, English-speaking Islamic sciences program (with ijazah).
This Ijazah program has been developed to provide students with a profound understanding of the essentials of the religion in an AUTHENTIC, STRUCTURED and CONCISE way.
The syllabus is directed and delivered by shaykh Hassan al Kettani, a traditionally trained scholar originally from Morocco, with ijazaat (permission to teach) and asaanid (chains of narration) from some of the greatest scholars of our time.
The syllabus shall teach aqeedah (belief), fiqh (jurisprudence) , tazkiyah (purification of the soul), tafsir, hadith, seerah > https://ibnabdilbarr.com/ijaza-program/
While benefitting from the works of all scholars from Ahl al Sunnah wal Jam’ah throughout history, Ibn Abdil Barr Academy focuses on preserving and transmitting the great legacy left by the scholars of Andalusia, Maghreb and West Africa.
