US spot crypto ETFs saw net outflows of $6.3B in H1 2026, a sharp reversal from $16.5B of net inflows in H2 2025. Bitcoin drove it with $5.5B of net redemptions, 72% of all flow versus 46% a half earlier, while Solana (+$366M) and Hyperliquid (+$293M) were the only two to draw net inflows.
