After 30 minutes, I spoke to Bitgate support,, They took the transaction id, gmail, uid etc. and said that it will be mailed to you within 48 hours. After giving a screenshot of it to Shakib, he blocked me.   He opened an address called Bitgetxprg and took the dollar to his account and later made me deposit 4/5 dollars more.
