We have already wasted a lot of time trying to fix this bot and the 4GB setup still does not work properly. When we contacted the WZML support group we expected competent help not ignorance and useless replies. Instead of actually looking into the problem people there talk to us like we are beginners who are building a bot for the first time explaining basic nonsense that has nothing to do with the real issue.
The problem is clearly in the REPO yet they either fail to understand it or deliberately choose to ignore it. This makes the so-called βsupport groupβ a complete joke. What is the point of running a support group when no one takes responsibility and no real support is provided? Is this careless attitude because everything is free?
If that is the case then stop pretending to offer support. Shut down the group and start charging money instead. At least paid support comes with accountability and expectations of actual results.
If anyone from the WZML group is present here, please convey this message to them. The current support group is poorly managed unhelpful, and frustrating. In its current state, it does more harm than good. It would be better to delete or seriously restructure the repo support group.
