- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and company accounting policies
- Assist in the preparation of VAT, income tax, and other tax reports
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with other finance teams to align financial reporting and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are an advantage
- At least 4-6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing
- Expertise in financial statement preparation and account reconciliations
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and financial regulations
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
