Actions 的默认配置不知不觉中从 2C 7G 提到了 4C 16G
早在至少 Jan 23, 2024 的时候公开仓库的 runner 就是这个配置了，更早的情况暂无从得知

right to repair laws should include provisions requiring manufacturers to unlock a device's bootloader (to provide root access) upon consumer request.
