Ruby 的包管理器 Bundler 2.2 (2.2.15?) 开始支持并行安装软件包了，不知道 Python 的包下载器 pip 什么时候跟上
给一台联想翻转本重装系统，后面 Windows Update 把各种驱动自动装得差不多的时候重启，一进 Windows 笔记本键盘就彻底没反应了（触摸板甚至触控屏都没问题），不得不靠蓝牙键盘苟着，网上搜了一圈发现是一个传感器驱动没装，这个传感器负责检测笔记本翻转角度并在超过 180° 的时候禁用键盘

注 3：以上路径为 Chromium 版 Microsoft Edge 使用，对于 Google Chrome 请自行寻找正确的路径；对于 Internet Explorer 浏览器，由于其使用系统自带的 Flash ActiveX 插件，需要写入的文件路径为：
%SystemRoot%\System32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg
%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg
其他系统请参考 Adobe 官方说明文档，右下角页码为 36 的那一页另外，Google Chrome 88 开始将不再支持 Flash，即使用了上面的 Enterprise policy 也不行了，因此除非使用旧版本浏览器（甚至安装 Win7/Win8.1 等旧系统），IE 将是剩下的唯一选择——不过别忘了屏蔽 Windows 更新 KB4577586 哦
