新年的第一个 bug：

一觉起来发现负责维护的某个网站证书过期了，renew 证书的脚本是放在了 /etc/cron.daily/acme.sh（内容是负责的另一个同学写的脚本），但是好像根本没有被执行。最后发现：放在这类目录里的脚本会定时被 run-parts 执行，但是它只会执行目录里文件名满足一定条件的可执行文件。

If neither the --lsbsysinit option nor the --regex option is given then the names must consist entirely of ASCII upper- and lower-case letters, ASCII digits, ASCII underscores, and ASCII minus-hyphens.

因为 acme.sh 里面有个点，所以不会被 run-parts 执行。

12月31日，最高法、最高检召开发布会，发布《关于办理危害食品安全刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》和典型案例。
会上最高人民法院刑一庭副庭长安翱指出，近年来，一些不良商家抓住老年人有保健需求的心理，通过“免费体检”、“健康讲座”、“专家义诊”、“夸大疗效”等花样繁多的手段，虚构保健食品具有包治百病的神奇疗效，欺骗老年人高价购买，牟取暴利。此类“保健品坑老”案件频发，犯罪性质恶劣，人民群众反映强烈。
对此，《解释》明确规定，实施此类犯罪，符合诈骗罪规定的，依照诈骗罪定罪处罚。如果销售的食品不合格，同时构成生产、销售伪劣产品罪等犯罪的，依照处罚较重的犯罪定罪处罚。
最离谱的地方在于，这玩意之前居然还能不算诈骗？🤒🤒

我不仅没能在 USTC 的 Telegram 群和 QQ 群里找到此文声称的聊天记录（并且我也没有印象这样的话出现在我们的群里），我甚至找不到 Torvalds 说的话：Google 加引号搜索 "the linux community is now a dirty quagmire" 甚至只有 4 条结果，还全是简体中文的（外加一句 you can repeat the search with the omitted results included）
