英國駐華大使館星期五在 WeChat 官方賬號平台發表文章，回應中方有關《中英聯合聲明》等涉及香港問題的說法。文章隨後被 WeChat 以「涉嫌違反相關法律法規和政策」為由刪除。

英國外相藍韜文在 Twitter 對事件表示關切，稱英國作為《中英聯合聲明》其中一個簽署方，應就關切的事務發聲。

俄羅斯開始修憲公投

俄羅斯今日開始為期一周的修憲公投，若通過後總統普京可再延長 12 年任期。

公投在冠狀病毒疫情下舉行，是繼昨日衛國戰爭勝利閱兵後，俄羅斯另一個大型活動。

是次憲法修改原本將維持總統最多連續任職兩屆共 12 年的限制，但普京所屬的統一俄羅斯黨有議員提出修訂憲法修正案，將包括現任總統已累計的任職時長清零。若修正案通過，原本 2024 年任期屆滿的普京，可以再次就任至 2036 年。

修憲公投結果將於下星期三公布。
