俄羅斯今日開始為期一周的修憲公投，若通過後總統普京可再延長 12 年任期。

公投在冠狀病毒疫情下舉行，是繼昨日衛國戰爭勝利閱兵後，俄羅斯另一個大型活動。

是次憲法修改原本將維持總統最多連續任職兩屆共 12 年的限制，但普京所屬的統一俄羅斯黨有議員提出修訂憲法修正案，將包括現任總統已累計的任職時長清零。若修正案通過，原本 2024 年任期屆滿的普京，可以再次就任至 2036 年。

修憲公投結果將於下星期三公布。
