中央電視台暫停直播所有 NBA 比賽

NBA 侯斯頓火箭總經理支持香港示威引發的中國杯葛潮持續，中央電視台宣布暫停直播 NBA 比賽。

NBA 總裁蕭華回應杯葛潮指，支持火箭總經理莫里的言論自由。中央電視台體育頻道自前日發表聲明指暫停直播火箭比賽後，今日再度表示留意到蕭華的說辭，予以強烈不滿和反對。

中央電視台認為，任何挑戰國家主權和社會穩定的言論不屬言論自由，故決定立即暫停 NBA 的直播安排，並排查涉及 NBA 的一切合作交流。

中央電視台是在 1986 年開始常規播映 NBA 比賽，1989 年正式與 NBA 達成合作，時任 NBA 總裁史端當時提出免費向中央電視台提供比賽資料予對方播映。
