亞太區股市在中美元首會晤後向好
受惠於中美在元首會晤後宣布暫時停止互相增收關稅，亞太區股市普遍上升。
恒生指數今日曾一度升 712 點，收市升 675 點。與出口、航運相關的個股今日升幅較大，其中萬洲國際今日抽升 11%，太平洋航運收報升 7%。美國總統特朗普中午表示中國同意下調和取消汽車關稅，汽車經銷股整體上升，其中永達汽車一度升 9%，收市時升 5.2%，創一個月新高。
內地 A 股今日行情亦有上升，上證綜合指數升 2.57%，深證成份指數升 3.34%。習近平與特朗普會晤時同意對止痛藥芬太尼實行管制，生產芬太尼規模較大的製藥公司人福醫藥及恩華藥業都發表公告表示產品並未向美國出口，但兩股今日開市時仍然下跌，人福醫藥更一度跌 4.5%。兩股在午市起相繼收復失地。
日經平均指數、首爾綜合指數、台灣加權指數分別升 1%、1.67%、2.53%。

The British government has the power to unilaterally halt the Brexit process, the EU’s top legal advisers have said.
In a report prepared for the European Court in Strasbourg, the advocate general said the UK could suspend the two-year legal countdown invoked under Article 50, according to a lawyer for the group that brought the case.
The UK had argued that Article 50 could only be stopped with agreement of all 27 remaining EU member states.

Former Unification Minister Jeong Se-hyun said in a TBS interview: “I was told that a government official reportedly said Kim has no fixed schedule on 18, 19, 20 Dec, so I think he could come on these days.”
Reuters said Kim Jong-un will visit Seoul in September 2019, but the report has been deleted because the story is ‘issued in error’.
