Please be a bit specific about your requests! Something like: "mi 11ultra change rom how" is not enough info for me!

In your requests, always include:

- Phone model (example: mi 15)
- device region (cn / gl)
- issue / request
- current software version
- optionally imei1 if you want to make my life easier

Its incredibly exhausting to ask for all these details, then wait for a reply etc

Example GOOD request:

"Hey, i have a chinese Mi 15 which is currently stuck in fastboot mode, the bootloader is locked. The brick occured after i tried to do xyz and my imei is xyz. I need to get it unbricked to the latest chinese rom."
