So many people are worried about rituals. What ritual do you do for this? What ritual do you do for that? How is ritual done?
Why is this....?
It is because they care. They want to do things right!
The want to make sure they are making the gods happy, they want to make sure they are making the people happy, they want to make sure everyone knows that they care, deeply and truly way deep down inside.
I know this sounds hollow, empty and frankly underwhelming to most people who hold in their minds images of grand rituals intricate and full of sacral secrets, a grand performance!
But really. Truly. The most important rituals you can possibly do in all of your life to let both the Gods and the people know that you truly and deeply care are the ones you do without even realizing you did anything at all. THOSE are the rituals that matter.
They are sincere, they are innocent, with an openness that cannot be matched by any ceremony or pomp even with the grandest of regalia.
The ritual of a firm handshake and an open smile, the ritual of a hug, the ritual of holding the door for someone, the ritual of lending a hand, the ritual of saying hello, the ritual of shared laughter, the ritual of inviting conversation, the ritual of impromptu games, the ritual of greeting a stranger.
THESE THINGS SHOW YOU CARE.
Caring. Offering aid or comfort. Teaching. Listening. Laughing. Loving.
Risk everything for your people. True there is always the risk of rejection but all rituals hold risks. So be brave and show your courage to the world!

The Shigir Idol and Narrative Archaeology
"The Shigir Sculpture, or Shigir Idol is the oldest known wooden sculpture in the world, made during the Mesolithic period, shortly after the end of the last Ice Age. It is common when such momentous finds are discovered by archaeologists for them to employ Narrative and Storytelling for Archaeological Education methods, which is precisely what they did. They told a story as to what they wished it to be that might garner attention from those curious about our past. But the prevailing conception of the Shigir Idol does not take into account many things. Including where it was found and all of its pieces.
Instead we propose it to be an intricately carved boat much in the fashion we have done since antiquity and continue on into the modern day, painting and carving images and faces into our boats (

The Faerie
The Fae are some of the most well known, feared and adored of all spirits of Europe. They are mischievous, clever, innocent and wrathful. They are also incredibly diverse for they are as many and as complex as the realm of mortals this Middle Earth we call home. They ride Dandelion seeds in the breeze and sing with the birds and the whistling wind. They dance under toadstools and spin flax and flesh in equal measure.
You may have even met the Nobility of the Realm of Fae, the Faerie. For they are indistinguishable from us and breed freely with mortals who capture their affections. The likes of Puck, Badb, The Morrigan, and Brave Sir Arthur The Bear King all have ruled in the lands of Fae. They have danced and loved mortal men and women aplenty.
Many a Man and Woman of our lands have ended up in the Realm of Fae and become great heroes much as those with blood of rich black iron have been born amongst us and not known their true heritage. Bound together, overlapping the Land of Mortal Men and the Fantastical Realm of Fae joined in blood and bond, our gods, our heroes, our dead and our legends all interwoven in the Wyrd that pulls us forward.
The Faerie are not winged sprites with prancing feet and helpless giggles they are a world of mirth and magic, of dances and sorrow and it is to us they come for stories, for heroes, for family.-TLK

But let me tell you what you do not see, inside. My family is vast stretching the breadth of 100 lands! I am older and more powerful than the land itself, ageless as the stars! My power extends through the ages to the end of our people until the last drop of blood is spent! I AM THE QUEEN OF CROWS!! and I am yours. I am your grandmother and your grand daughter, I am she who comforts the ailing and champions the strong! I know you child, better than you know yourself.
But what should terrify you the most about me is not that I am old, it is not the reach of my power, it is not that I am at the end of my life or that I have nothing to lose. Because that is not true.
No, what should leave you in awe and terrify any who seek my wrath is that I have nothing left to gain but EVERYTHING to lose! This includes you dear one. Whether you like it or not, you were born mine and shall remain so until your last. And I keep what is mine!
