☑️ Proxy Checker Improved

Recently, the checker on our site was inconsistent, indicating a much longer latency time than the reality.

This issue is resolved, the checker is now more reliable and accurate.

⚠️ Static Residential Disturbance

All of our residential static proxies are currently experiencing an outage, we are currently working to resolve this issue!

We will keep you updated on the progress of this failure through this channel.

Also now we are experimenting with a new feature (that we also want to deploy on our 4G proxies), that is the single port for HTTPS and SOCKS protocols.

So SOCKS5 still works, just use the same port as HTTPS.

As the end of the year approaches, we at HypeProxy.io would like to take a moment to express our appreciation for your support and loyalty over the past four years. We have many exciting updates and surprises in the works for the future, and we invite you to stay tuned for what's to come.

In this uncertain time, we also want to send a message of peace and inclusivity. HypeProxy.io is a platform that is open to all, and we do not discriminate against anyone based on nationality or background.

As we approach the new year, we hope that 2023 brings you health, happiness, and success. Happy New Year! 🍾

🚸 Short Network Maintenance

We wanted to inform you that we will be conducting a brief maintenance on our network. This will only involve a quick reboot of our router to ensure that our service remains fast and reliable.

Expected duration: max 5 minutes.

Edit: ✅ Maintenance completed.

🚨 As we continue to work towards resolving our network issue, we may need to conduct another router reboot. Technicians are currently performing remote operations to identify the root cause of the issue and ensure that our network remains fast and reliable for all of our users.

We understand that network disruptions can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Thank you for choosing our service, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

🚸 Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

An upgrade of our electrical infrastructure in our HDC1 datacenter will take place on 04/05/2023. This will result in several disruptions throughout the day for proxies using ports 7001 to 7458 and for proxies using ports 5001 to 5064 as multiple power electrical restarts will occur (we will publish more details tomorrow during the maintenance operations).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding.

🚸 Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

Update : Electrical work is starting, there will be a brief outage of a few minutes.

🚸 Mobile Network Slowdowns

The phone operator FREE Mobile is currently conducting maintenance on some of the 4G antennas around our main data center, which is causing latency issues and temporary disconnections

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that the issue will be resolved soon
