The Free Mobile network seems to suffer of latency since this morning! We work to restore the situation as soon as possible.

⚠️ Situation Update

First of all, we would like to thank all of our customers for their kindness and understanding of the difficult situation we are going through. 🙏🏼

To quickly summarize the problem, a big storm damaged several 4G antennas in the city where our data center is located. FREE MOBILE, our partner operator, is actively working to resolve the situation but cannot tell us exactly how long it could take (some antennas are already restored).

Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to speed up the resolution of the problem and restore the service as soon as possible!

The 4G proxies continue to work as a whole but as we are connected to a very distant antenna (2.4 km), the connection is extremely slow (but should be sufficient to make API calls or load light web pages).

To avoid this kind of problems in the future and to mitigate the risks related to the 4G network, we are currently developing a data center in a new location close to very powerful 4G antennas and we will collaborate with a new telecom partner.

We are really sorry for this unprecedented situation and we want to reassure you that the down period will be compensated.

We are disconnecting FRA3 — Ports from 7185 to 7276 will be affected.

The bays FRA3 and FRA4 are back online, we are getting ready to move FRA1 and FRA2.

The lte.hypeproxy.host hostname has also been updated.

We are moving FRA1 & FRA2 — Ports from 7001 to 7184 will be online in some minutes.

As we said earlier, we are planning to upgrade our API, so if you are using our API please make sure to use the right endpoint.

📅 Migration Date: September 1, 2022.

So if you are using API for rotate IP by example, you will have to change your endpoint, and use this URL:

And we recommand you to change it now, because after 1st september the previous endpoint won't work anymore!
