The FREE mobile ISP is experiencing connectivity issues. Approximately 40% of the proxies are impacted by latency. We contacted the ISP and waiting for the resolution of the problem.

Free provider is currently experiencing a national outage. (Twitter is in fire 🔥)

✅ We have migrated our entire infrastructure to our secondary router and all services are restored right now!

Anyway, you should use the primary entry point lte.hypeproxy.host instead of any IP. We will switch back to our primary router as soon as the problem is solved, you will have nothing to do if you use lte.hypeproxy.host.

Free Mobile Carrier is currently experiencing a down (in our office area) from more than one day.

We are currently switching all our Free sims to the 3G network in order to provide a minimum service (bandwidth around 5 Mbps).
Also the IP renew service will not work temporarily (for SIMS Free only).

🚫 Please don’t use IP renew API if you have Free mobile.

Sorry again for this outage, we know how disturbing it is for you (and for us).

3G Network Swap Update

We just finished to swap all Free sims to 3G network, by security we disabled all IP renew, if you run not under Free and you want re-enable it, please contact us on live chat.

We will continuously test the 4G network and keep you in touch as soon we will have news 💪

Please don’t use IP renew API if you have Free Mobile SIM (37.x) for now.

3G + IP Renew Update

We just release a new version of our IP renew service, you can now use IP Renew under 3G network.

✅ Switching to the 3G network is a temporary solution, the connexion speed is aproximativaly 5mbps (it's only for the proxy that use the FREE Mobile network).

Nothing change it’s transparent to the actual system, API, automatic and manual renew are working.

As soon the 4G Free mobile network is back we will restore all like before, all our apoligizes again 🙏

This night the 4G network was restored for 3 hours, so we hope all will be back really soon.
