We got rejected from YC, but made it to the top 10%.

Having the smartest students always means that others will end up learning something from them. Be it starting a new project, or achieving “Zulfiya”, while not even graduating yet.

Mashkhura won Zulfiya. But for this, she had to win a silver medal in the International Biology Olympiad, which eventually led her to sacrifice A levels. She then ended up getting into the SNU. Crazy.

Gulasal, on the other hand, is the most opposite of a regular. As a student, she founded @stemxuzbekistan where it’s currently running in several regions of Uzbekistan, and a social battery charges from her.

Even more happy for the fact that there are people who look up to them

If everyone lived a life they dreamt of, we would all end up in a candy world without parents, since that’s what we dream first in life.

And our current dreams aren’t exciting either, because excitement is the surprise, and that’s the point. And the way you can make it intriguing is by sucking at it first.

My last week here is just passing. Studied at SJTU, Fudan, and ECUST/with new friends.

Slept outside one night, thanks to my broken phone, and tried hacking the system in Shanghai, tho it took me 6 months to realize, 80% is quite possible, and if I were to become a homeless person without a penny, it would take me appr. 2 months to start renting a house while surviving all the way and studying with no id card, while not working! (if we’re not getting deported)
