Getting out employed by AI is nothing, until you see a person with 12 years of experience at Mitsubishi stating that he lost his job. He also left Tokyo on the last day of 2026 to avoid 10% annual taxes.
The person in red is higgsfield.ai's main manager. I also realized that socializing is basically walking towards the goal path. If you can't simply talk, you're missing out on so many things.
So much to say, but here are some notes!

Imagine you hire a butler.
He's brilliant, he manages your calendar, handles your messages, screens your calls.
He knows your passwords because he needs them. He reads your private messages because that's his job and he has keys to everything because how else would he help you?
Now imagine you come home and find the front door wide open, your butler cheerfully serving your tea to whoever wandered in off the street, and a random stranger sitting in your study reading your diary.

As soon as my brother joined the same apartment in Shanghai, had to make a quick visit to Tashkent.
Also, we reached almost 900 on BuildCored, and as soon as we hit a k, we will focus on personal outreaches. Will spend most of my time at the founders' cafe for 20 days. If you want to meet up or have a convo about anything, write me at @mavlonovhusan

Highly recommended! You can also get an internship. The more people we have, the more companies will get to know you!

Women went from 5% to 25% of major orchestras after blind auditions were introduced.
"Emily" got 50% more callbacks than "Lakisha." Same resume.
BBC Proms: 46% women selected (blind) vs. 26% (open).
In art contests, women won 33% more when submissions were unsigned.
We are also solving gender inequality.

Learn how to build.
An engineer can be good at managing, but a manager cannot be good at engineering. In a world where human resources are no longer needed, you should always be willing to build, which will also be a great way to escape technocrats.

Challenges I would promise to do, if I could stay in Uzbekistan. You must try at least one.
peak33.uz - Already climbed three of them. A great way to contemplate without distractions.
Ultimate Man 2026 - Participated in the first batch last year. It cost 250k~(worth over 5x its price). The best competition I participated in.
Triathlon 2026 - This one is the most expensive, yet a challenge to finally try before Ironman. The bike itself starts at $3,899, not to mention a daily practice for swimming, biking, and running.
Silk Roads Trailer - 72km-111km, omg, another level. I know I would regret it.
Samarkand Marathon - Did 21km last time, but will definitely try 42km this year.
Samarcande Trail Route de la soie 2026 - Very creative tbh. 29km is the most optimal one.

Yonsei fallβ26 deadline is approaching soon. And for those who are not familiar with the process, Yonsei requires applicants to ship hard copy of their application docs to the Seoul campus.
If you get your paper docs ready by 10 am this coming Friday (Tashkent), I can take them with me and submit them to admission office in Seoul for free (saving you ~$150 on shipping).
If you are interested, reach out to me at @louisiana_george

Just had a meeting with Nadeem - CEO of TKS(The Knowledge Society)
They are running online and in-person programs in New York, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, San Francisco, and Dubai with over 8,000 students and $10.2m in annual revenue.
I can't share all the details yet. But if things go the way they're going, this will be the biggest thing to happen for school students in Uzbekistan.
But here's what you can do RIGHT NOW:
I posted a full application guide last time. Go re-read it. It walks you through every step: the written questions, the interview, what they look for, and insider tips from the first full-scholarship student in Uzbekistan.
Guide: https://t.me/unlock_admissions/235
Apply: tks.world/apply
Deadline: 28th February.

Was one of the most unproductive months, but enjoyed it anyway.
Back to some exciting stuff soon. To both @buildcored and the youth in Uzbekistan.
