Daily supplements I take to fill gaps in my diet, and I would suggest you too.
(If you donβt want to end up checking your doctor weekly at your 25-50.)
Magnesium Glycinate: It is needed for over 300 processes in your body, and 85% of people are deficient. Running, or any other kind of sport, causes many more deficiencies.
Fish oil: Anti-inflammatory, which I usually combine with chia seeds. Omega-3 is a very popular choice, but make sure to get at least 2000mg of EPA and DHA.
Vitamin D3 with K2: K is what gets the vitamin D into your bones. If you take it without K2, it might increase calcification.
Specifically for people whose training is in their daily schedule: L-Arginine and Creatine Monohydrate (donβt fall for liposomal scams). It will incredibly boost the performance and recovery.
Iβve tried other options as well (l-theanine, ashwagandha), but would never advise consuming without a doctorβs supervision.
Overall, it will also make you look healthier and balance your studies, training, work, cognition, and sleep.

Meet my friends btw!! We are working on 3D imaging of smoke aerosols with 10 cameras.
Two of the cameras are already set, waiting for the rest two. The gray one captures 320 frames/sec.
Also, using GeForce RTX 5090 just to run OpenFoam and Matlab is wildπ.

Make sure to record a long video where you talk about your thoughts on the last year and future, and save it somewhere where you can find it after 5-6 years.

Getting out employed by AI is nothing, until you see a person with 12 years of experience at Mitsubishi stating that he lost his job. He also left Tokyo on the last day of 2026 to avoid 10% annual taxes.
The person in red is higgsfield.ai's main manager. I also realized that socializing is basically walking towards the goal path. If you can't simply talk, you're missing out on so many things.
So much to say, but here are some notes!
