☺️ Verb Technology × Kingsway Capital to Launch Toncoin Investment Firm

Verb Technology has raised $558M in a private placement to partner with Kingsway Capital and launch the first publicly traded Toncoin treasury company.

Over 110 investors took part, including Kingsway, Vy Capital, Blockchain.com, Ribbit Capital, and Graticule (GAMA).

The deal is expected to close around August 7, 2025, with most of the proceeds going toward buying Toncoin, strengthening TON's institutional presence.
