Letters of assurance


The Australian Government is sending letters of assurance to people who:

hold an Australian visa

have applied for a Humanitarian visa which is close to being finalised or for a Family or Partner visa or

are certified as Afghan Locally Engaged Employees (LEE).

We will not reply to requests for a letter of assurance.

For Family visas, ensure your email address and contact details are up-to-date in ImmiAccount.

For Humanitarian visas, ensure your email address and contact details are up-to-date by emailing shp.enquiries@homeaffairs.gov.au.

Certified Afghan LEE should apply for a visa as soon as possible if they have not already done so.

Collection of Biometrics


People living in Pakistan without a valid visa must give their biometrics to the Government of Pakistan to get an exit permit. The Australian High Commission in Islamabad is making appointments for biometrics collection for holders of Australian visas. People who hold an Australian visa should ensure that their contact details are up to date in their ImmiAccount

Family and Partner Visa Program


We continue to receive many enquiries about Afghan nationals who have undecided Family and Partner visa applications. We appreciate that applicants are anxious to have their applications finalised. Our commitment is to finalise applications as quickly as practicable.

To be eligible for the grant of a Family or Partner visa under the Migration Program, you and your sponsor must meet the requirements. These include:

family relationship

health

character

identity requirements.

Some Family visa categories are subject to capping and queuing arrangements. This means a limited number of visas will be granted each Migration Program year.

At this time, we cannot collect biometrics in Afghanistan. When you lodge a Partner visa application online, you may receive a system generated request for biometrics collection. We cannot finalise these applications until we are able to collect biometrics. If you are in Afghanistan and can travel to another country to provide biometrics, you should tell us. We will send you a letter so you can do biometrics collection.

The nature of Family and Partner migration is that all cases have a compassionate and compelling element to them. It is not generally possible for us to distinguish particular cases for priority processing. We assess any requests for priority consideration individually and on merit.

Humanitarian Visa Program


The Australian Government has allocated 26,500 dedicated visa places for Afghans to migrate to Australia under the offshore Humanitarian Program through to 2026.

A critical aim of Australia’s Humanitarian Program is to reunite refugees and people who are in refugee-like situations overseas with their immediate family in Australia. This is through ‘split family’ provisions and the Special Humanitarian Program (SHP).

Visa applications for family reunion are more likely to be successful if the proposer is an immediate or close family member because they are afforded a higher priority.

Under the Migration Regulations 1994, people who arrived in Australia as an Unauthorised Maritime Arrival (UMA) on or after 13 August 2012 are unable to propose family members under the Humanitarian Program.

✅✅✅ روند رسیدگی به درخواست ویزای بشردوستانه برای افغان ها


⚠️مهم: رسیدگی به تعداد بالای درخواست‌های دریافت شده ممکن است زمان‌بر باشد.

✅ برای افغان‌هایی که درخواست داده‌اند:

📌 انتظار می‌رود رسیدگی به تمام درخواست‌های دریافت شده در سال ۲۰۲۱، چندین سال طول بکشد.

📌 برای درخواست‌های ثبت شده در سال‌های ۲۰۲۲، ۲۰۲۳ یا ۲۰۲۴، پیش‌بینی می‌شود حداقل ۶ سال از تاریخ دریافت طول بکشد تا رسیدگی به آنها آغاز شود.

✅ اطلاع‌رسانی در مورد پرونده:

📌 هنگامی که درخواست شما به مرحله بعدی رسیدگی برسد یا نهایی شود، به شما اطلاع داده خواهد شد.

📌 به دلیل تعداد زیاد درخواست‌های موجود، امکان ارائه به‌روزرسانی در مورد تک تک پرونده‌ها وجود ندارد.


✅ شرایط دریافت ویزا:

📌 قبل از اینکه بتوانیم ویزا را برای شما صادر کنیم، باید شرایط ویزا، از جمله معیارهای منافع عمومی برای شخصیت، امنیت و سلامت را داشته باشید.


✅ کشورهای واجد شرایط برای ارجاع توسط کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل (UNHCR):

📌 برنامه اسکان مجدد بشردوستانه استرالیا برای افغان‌ها بر دو کشور همسایه افغانستان، پاکستان و ایران تمرکز دارد.

📌 استرالیا همچنین متقاضیان افغان ارجاع‌شده توسط کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل متحد را در:

* ترکیه
* هند
* تایلند
* اندونزی
* مالزی در نظر می‌گیرد.


✅رد درخواست ویزا:

📌📌 ممکن است درخواست‌هایی را که در اولویت‌های برنامه قرار ندارند، رد کنیم:

📌 برای اطمینان از اسکان مجدد به موقع برای نیازمندان.

📌 برای کاهش عدم اطمینان برای کسانی که منتظر نتیجه درخواست خود هستند.

📌 این شامل درخواست‌های افغان‌هایی است که در افغانستان هستند.

✅ درخواست مجدد:

📌متقاضیان ناموفق می‌توانند مجدداً درخواست دهند، اما بعید است نتیجه متفاوت باشد، مگر اینکه شرایط تغییر کرده باشد یا اطلاعات جدید، مرتبط و قابل توجهی برای حمایت از درخواست وجود داشته باشد.


✅مسیرهای مهاجرتی دیگر:
اتباع افغانستان بسته به شرایط خود می‌توانند مسیرهای مهاجرتی دیگری را به استرالیا دنبال کنند، از جمله از طریق:

📌 برنامه حمایت از جامعه
📌 برنامه آزمایشی توافقنامه کار پناهندگان ماهر
📌 جریان خانوادگی
📌 دسته‌های ویزای مهارتی


✅اولویت با امنیت:
دولت استرالیا از همه کسانی که در افغانستان باقی مانده‌اند می‌خواهد که اولویت را بر امنیت خود قرار دهند. اگر در افغانستان می‌مانید، باید خطرات احتمالی را در صورت تلاش برای خروج از هر مسیری به دقت در نظر بگیرید.

Woman at Risk (subclass 204)


The Australian Government is committed to assisting vulnerable women who do not have the protection of an adult male due to conflict, separation or other circumstances.  
To satisfy the criteria for a Woman at Risk visa, women must not be living with a male person who is over 18 years of age.
If you are granted a Woman at Risk visa, you may not be eligible to propose or sponsor a spouse or de-facto partner under the Humanitarian Program (subclass 202 or 204) or the family program (subclass 820 or 309) for five years.
If the application includes a child under 18, the child’s other parent or guardian must agree to their migration or the law of the child’s home country must permit it.
